I read online reviews about this place and decided to give it a try before seeing a movie. I am from Utah so I was looking for unique establishments to dine and thought this place maybe a good place. I noticed the floors were dirty, but that may of been due to a diner rush I might of missed. Even so, the place was slow and no one was looking to correct that issue. I ordered the Ancho burger with a single beef patty and a side of onion straws. I didn't realize onion straws were already on the burger when the order was dropped off at my table. Those, added with the side onion straws, gave me an onion meal bigger than the burger! The burger was better than anything I would find at McDonald's, but that didn't make it great. Mine may of needed a little more sauce added to it. I felt that the burger was a little too small and could of been bigger for the price. I finished the burger and started on the onion straws. I had a hard time dipping the onion straws into the fry sauce container. I ended up using a fork to get the job done. I quickly ran out of fry sauce and I was able to scarf down maybe half of the onion straws before I decided to quit. I wasn't able to eat that giant pile of onion straws with all the breading and grease. Near the end, I could taste/feel the grease squeeze through my teeth as I ate. That was when I decided I had enough. However, I was really surprised they had fry sauce! Being from Utah, fry sauce is widely known and a favorite condiment there. Their fry sauce was a tiny bit spicy but was okay for my spice virgin taste buds. Most establishments outside of Utah don't even know what fry sauce is. I left the place and realized as I was running to my movie that I didn't try the deep fried Oreo ice cream. Maybe the next time I come into town, I'll try that artery clogging oreo desert treat!

The surface was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter who eats everything did not like the Kraft macaroni and cheese, deep-fried macaroni and cheese bites just very fried taste no mac & cheese taste because it’s crappy cheap macaroni and cheese. I ordered the all day brunch burger, which Comes with a fried egg that was completely over fried imagine eating a hard boiled egg on your burger very very gross and I thankfully ordered the Thai aioli and chipotle aioli I had to pay extra for it $1.05 but at least it gave the Berger some flavor. Other than that the burger was overcooked and it just tasted gross. My daughter did not like her fries. The sweet potato fries were OK could’ve been crispier. Truly we will not eat here again. Just very greasy with no flavor. The staff were respectful the place appeared mostly clean. I would not recommend if coming for the food. The kids cups the lids don’t fit in the person at the counter, made sure to tell me to be careful of the lid, so it didn’t spell which we had already had it spell that was really frustrating

LOVE the Ancho Burger ... Way better than Red Robin ... The Ancho Burger has cheddar cheese, bacon, onion straws, lettuce, tomato and Ancho BBQ sauce ... they are great about customizing the burgers! ... I don't get the lettuce or tomatoes. ... My husband got a BYOFB ... That's build your own ... His was 2 patties with, Ancho BBQ sauce, mustard, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, pickles, banana peppers and pico de gallo .... it was a tower of beauty ... the french fries are skin on not battered but seasoned fries, awesome! ... The onion straws are season battered and fried, wonderful ... you can make it a meal with fries and 20 oz drink for $3.99 ... The chicken tenders are really good too ... I love the chicken tender salad, it's a meal ... They have birthday club, when you sign up a free burger for your birthday. .. Also you can sign in with your cell phone and the 10th one earns a free burger ... plus you get a text every so often with specials ... relaxed atmosphere :-) .... staff are friendly and helpful too

Should've turned around and left when my son and I were standing behind a women complaining about her take out order and wanted her money back, but this is where my hubby wanted to have his father's day lunch here, so we stayed. We have eaten here many, many times since they've opened and always had great food and service. Today was not a one of those days-food wise. The people were great, as usual, the food was SUPER disappointing. We always order the same burger, drunken mushroom burger with bacon and an egg. My son ordered the same thing minus the egg and also an order of fried pickles. My hubby and I shared the burger platter. When our burgers came out, I noticed our burger didn't have bacon on it so the nice server took it back and had bacon put on it. Cool beans. The fried pickles tasted like they were old and reheated in old fryer oil and the fries were just as bad. You could tell the oil needed to be changed and the burger.....they had no flavor and were as dry as a unused sponge. No amount of condiments could add enough moisture to it. Oh, and the egg? I ordered it over easy and what we got was a hard fried something. The only way I knew it was an egg was because I seen something yellow. The only thing that was good was my water and my son and hubby's soda. As we were leaving, another gentleman was coming in to get different fries because the ones he got were cold and nasty(his words). I'm pretty sure today's experience will be our last, which is sad because we loved coming here. Between the travel time to get there for us and the cost of the food, it's not worth it to us...

First timer via drive thru :) I'm just gonna be honest. Very pricey for the meal add on. The fries were good at the first bite but as I kept eating they were extremely salty. Like, 'concerned for my health' salty. If they weren't so salty they would be okay if just a little more crisp. The black bean burger was good. I appreciate what they did to take it to a new level and the Cucumbers add a level of freshness. However I still felt like something was missing, maybe more cheese? I added the garlic mayo and it helped to round out the flavor.

Previous reviews were spot on with the messiness lol. My burger fell apart.

The custard comes with a lot of topping on it and is a fair amount for the price.

The drink tasted fresh and not watered down. Thank you

The cashier had a friendly demeanor, ten stars!

I give this place 3 stars for taste.

Would I recommend? If you want a hearty burger without dining in, yes. Maybe even try the build your own burger option.

Edit:

I was soooo ill after I posted this. Can still taste the saltiness. Not sure but I had to change my review to one star.

If I ever go back I'd probably just order a salad. But I love that so many people love to eat here and I'm happy I got to try it out....
