Wing Fellas — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

I stopped by Wing Fellas in Flint while visiting from out of town, and I was looking for a solid dinner spot — this place absolutely delivered.

I got their traditional wings with the sizzling honey sauce, and they were phenomenal. Just from the look, you could tell they were going to be good — crispy, saucy, and full of flavor — but they tasted even better. Perfectly cooked, great texture, and the sauce had just the right kick.

I also ordered the Capone Burger, and let me tell you, it was loaded. This thing came stacked with ribeye steak shavings, a beef patty, and chicken (which I had them put on the side), plus three different kinds of cheese. Every bite was packed with flavor. It’s a heavy burger, but so well-balanced and just amazing overall. Definitely a highlight of the meal.

For a side, I got the corn bites, which were really good — crispy and warm, and paired perfectly with the wings and burger. However they may have not made it back to the hotel 🤐

The restaurant is family owned, which you can feel in the service and attention to detail. The owner is Muslim, and they’re very upfront that all of the meat is Zabiha Halal. That transparency is appreciated, especially when dining out.

When I saw the box and that the box said 100% Halal, I had to come back and edit the review because this is just amazing. And all my years I’ve never seen a Restaurant advertise this on their boxes.

The girl working the front was super friendly and helpful, and she made some great recommendations. Service like that makes a big difference.

The place itself was very clean, and the decor was well thought out and matched the theme — really cool and unique. They also had a variety of homemade-looking cakes and cupcakes on display that looked absolutely delicious. It took a lot of willpower not to grab one!

Ordered Take Out On August 5th Between 8-9pm And Thought I Was Going Too Be Satisfied Because This Place Was Highly Recommended But Because I Didn't Specifically Say Cook My Wings Well Done,I Just Got Stuck With Not Fully Cooked Wings And They Didn't Bother To Accommodate/Replace The Meal At All,Just Said Oh Well Pretty Much You Are Stuck With The Wings And Wasted $20 On A Dinner That You Can't Even Eat And There Is Nothing We Can Do About It Because You Didn't Ask For Well Done And Then Was Told That They Would Love For Me Too Come Back In And Spend More Money And Try Them Again, I'm Not Sure If It Was Because It Was Almost Closing Time,But Yes Not Even Saying That They Could Replace The Wings Or Anything And I Wasn't Even Asking For Money Back So To Me That Is Not Good Customer Service By Saying Oh Well Sorry You Wasted Your Money But We Can't Do Anything About That, Unfortunately I Will Not Be Returning Because I Would Have Definitely Handled That Better For My Customer And I See That You Responded With You Always Accommodate The Customer But That Is Not True Because We Were On The Phone For 20 Min And I Talked Too Supposedly 2 Different Managers And Not Once Did Either Of You Offer To Do Anything But I Have Time To Come Today So You Can...

I'll start off by saying I'm not a big pizza or wings guy; pizza'd out as a kid etc. But, was craving for some yesterday 7/20/25 and wanted a convenient stop on my way home from work. Mapped out my route home for some spots and found this place and was intrigued by the name. Checked the menu and it looked promising. Surprised they had an app I ordered and scheduled pickup for 7:20pm. Even got $5 off for it being my first wing order. (Large Pizza - Mushroom+Beef bacon and 5 boneless wings with KickinMedGarlic sauce).

Did have to wait a few minutes for the pizza to finish, which wasn't a big deal. I got to talk to a nice woman behind the counter and found out they've been here for over a year (June 2024) and it was a family owned business and a few more odds and ends about Wingfellas. Gentleman even apologized for my wait when handing me the box.

Pizza on the thinner side which was a surprising bonus for me because I prefer it that way. Wings were absolutely gigantic and worth the cost hands down. They've got a capone burger I'm dying to get back in and try too!

Great staff, great atmosphere, great menu.
