3 Ladies Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Florence

Went there for lunch on the weekend and had bad service. The waitress got 3 things wrong with our order (! meal was asked to have no spice, but was high spice, 1 meal was asked to be without tomatoes, but it had them and 1 meal was the wrong dish completely!) . There was only one other table in the place at the time too. The waitress proceeded to argue with the spice level of the spicy dish by saying "It's always that spicy", but the person (an asian) that ordered it asked for no spice and has ordered this dish here 5 or 6 times without an issue. IT was so spicy, I couldn't even eat it and I grew up eating spicy foods in New Orleans.... she would walk by our table but we would have to get her attention to get drink refills too.

When she brought the bill, she had added an 18% tip into the total and didn't say a word to us about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked her why she did this and she said they always add the tip into the bill!!! I asked her to remove it and she didn't. I said that we're never coming back and she just looked and me and shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something that sounded...

Honestly, giving three stars is generous. Some positive things I will say about this place is that the staff are very friendly and attentive. I chose to dine in and everything was very clean. I started off with an appetizer the fresh spring rolls.they were just OK. I felt there was a lot of lettuce. The peanut sauce is very good! For my entrée, I got pad, Kee, Mao, a favorite of mine, and I chose to get medium spice level. There was a lot of sauce at the bottom of the dish which is a little uncommon for me. I felt that it made it a little soupy and it was the only area that I actually tasted the spicy level. Overall, I feel that the dish was plain and bland. There wasn’t a whole Lotta flavor. The dish wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm at best. This is a very busy place for DoorDash orders so to be honest, I was expecting more.

I do feel that this restaurant has potential which is why I gave it three stars. They do have a wide menu and variety of things. I feel like I would maybe give it another try and order sesame chicken or some thing a little more Chinese style...

This is the 2nd time we have been to this restaurant and the last. I will never go back. We arrived and were told to pick a table. We sat down, ordered drinks and a crab ragoon. Things started off good and went downhill from there. Our server brought the crab ragoon, and proceeded to walk away. Our drinks had not been brought, No silverware, no plates. She came back. I asked about our drinks and silverware. She finally came with both. Took our food order. while we waited, there were alot of carryout and other patrons sitting down. Including a table of 5 behind us. Our food came. She never came back. No drink refills, no checking to see if food was good. She went the table behind us six times and continued to walk past our table multiple times. Another employee was sitting in a corner eating, playing on her phone and taking incoming orders. But our server never returned. My husband had to walk to the counter to get a container for our leftover food and to pay. She never came back and walked by over and over. She received NO TIP. Well will not be returning again....
