Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Florence

I order all the time from them for my restaurant, I haven’t had any issue until i ordered these 12” Tortilla wraps and they were defected i guess, they were sticking to each other leaving a rip in the middle and ended up wasting some of them. Called management and he said he will send someone to take the box and replace it with another one, i said okay let’s do it. Today after opening the box, it has the same issue The same exact thing happened. Called them again and they refused to do a refund, they said you can drop off the box so we can replace it for you, what a BAD BUSINESS!! Like we have time to keep going back and forth with this issue. Call the tortilla company and tell them about this issue and solve it because i think there is a storage issue from their end. Great prices especially when they run 3 day sales! Staff are willing to help with questions on anything you're searching for. Another positive thing I noticed is how this store location is NEVER crowded or too busy to shop in on Friday's or weekends like the other bulk item stores right in this area. GFS has similar, and some of the same quality brands that large grocery retail chains and Membership only stores carry, but typically at lower prices when they run sales (vs. Membership only Warehouse Stores, Costco & Sam's Club or bulk item purchases that Walmart carries. They literally have very good quality products and good prices, but I don't know if a bald man is a part-time boss, supervisor or manager but he has a white Porsche, I parked right in front of the door and obviously since it is the closest spot people always park so as not to walk so much, every time a person parked next to it they would come out of the store to see if their car had been hit, lol, if you don't want careless people to scratch your car bought on credit park in the far away spots not next to the door 🙄🤦‍♂️ and, He also looks at you badly...
