Sleep Number — Hotel in Florence

I went in yesterday during Presidents Day sale, Barry helped me and although they were pretty busy I never felt rushed, had all of my many, many questions answered. My husband was at work when I went, I left with a quote and was going to call back to complete the order. However, since this was a pretty big purchase and well….the future of our sleeping I wanted my husband to see for himself. The both of us went back later in the evening, Barry again took the time to start the process at square one so my husband felt comfortable in the decision also. All together he spent about 3 hours on our process (if not a little more because he actually sent me several more quotes as I requested to see different options, each taking his time.)

This is long winded I’m aware but I believe that good reviews should carry as much weight as bad. It’s easier to “complain” than to praise it seems and I just wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to share our good experience in the store with Barry. We purchased our first Sleep Number, we’re impatiently awaiting its arrival and looking forward to the sleep we’re hoping to get!

All in all if you’re on the fence, go into the store and talk to Barry he will explain things and answer all questions. I can’t speak to the bed itself aside from the experience in the store and that little time, it takes me 30 min to an hour to fall asleep now on my current mattress and while test driving at the store lol I was relaxed enough to want a nap right then and there.

Great place to buy a real bed. I have slept on a sleep number bed for 21 years now and to be honest no other bed is even close to comaprison.

The store is exceptioanly clean, the demonstration beds are well taken care of and the latest models. They use a safety cloth when you test the bed for the pillow.

The staff is easy to work with and keep you in mind the entire time with their personal experiences and consideration to the product.

If you are in the market for a real bed that will last you 20+ years. Have the comfort of sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this place as you will not be disapointed at all. Remember its not the cost of the bed, its how well the bed is put together and your money's worth. Sleep number is by far the best value for the sleep you will get everynight.

The staff will give you a quote and line everything up so all you have to do if you want delivery is be present to receive the bed. There will be a set up crew if you choose to have that service. I know first hand, always best the first time or a new bed for the set up crew to assemble the bed.

Just so you know I'm on a die-hard customer not directly affilliated or being comped for this review. This is my experience and...

We went in and the customer service was great. So good in fact we financed a 9000.00$ bed. Set delivery for Nov 22nd and confirmed numerous times it would be sent to our new address (we just bought a new house) 3 days after we purchased the bed we get an automatic text saying our address was updated and the new delivery date was a week later. Called the store to fund out why and was told by the salesman Barry that he would talk to his DM and I would hear from him in the next 2 days. That was Tuesday, after no contact for 2 days I reached out to the store to be told it's not able to changed, it's no one's fault, and we had not had any communication because the salesman who told me he would follow up was actually off for the 2 days when he suppose contact me. Do better sleep number. We will wait the extra week for delivery, but this was 100% avoidable if your salesman had updated out address when he told us he did, and even texted me to say so, only to wait a few days to actually do it. 9000 is alot to start off this dissatisfied, I'll let you know if the bed is worth the terrible customer service once you...
