I don’t know what’s happened to this place in the past year or so since I was here last. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience until this.
We get there and on our way to get seated I’m already put off by seeing ants and flies crawling around the floor before we even sit down. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in days, dust and grime all over the light fixtures and A/C vents that are right above where people eat. A lot of the booths are terribly ripped up, grungy tables and chairs. And I’m not sure if they have a person who manually washes the dishes or if they have a dishwasher, but either that person needs to be fired or the dishwasher needs to be fixed. There was still FOOD on ALL 3 of our utensils, in addition to being covered in water stains. I’ve never seen this place so dirty. It was disgusting. If there’s such little effort put into the front of the restaurant, I’m scared of what the kitchen is like.
So right away red flags were going off. Then the food and drinks come out. We all got ice water which was fine until my brother’s refill of water came out, it smelled strongly like mildew. He also ordered “biscuits” and gravy which looked more like flat English muffins and gravy. He said his food was fine otherwise but my mom and I had cold food, the impossible sausage patties I ordered were hardly cooked and dripping with grease. Fresh fruit came with it but it didn’t look fresh and I honestly didn’t trust it after seeing so many fruit flies. So I ordered tres leches pancakes instead. I’ve ordered this many many times over the years and it never disappoints, but I took a bite and was horrified by the sour taste. The cream had clearly gone bad and tasted like mayonnaise. Read moreThis is not an exaggeration, every single order that we’ve ever placed from here is wrong. (It has turned into a joke and a “guess how many items will be wrong” challenge with every order.) Over the weekend, I ordered carry out for my twins birthday. Every meal, in the order, was incorrect (either the whole order or just a single item). The only thing that was made correctly were the side of french fries. I immediately called the store and I was told somebody would call me back, which they never did.
Today called them, again. I spoke to the “GM” and because it 2 days later I was told (in so many words) that I was lying since that is not how they do things there and 2 days had passed (how dare I not take time to continuously call especially take time out of my kids birthday to do so). She continued to treat me as if I was lying throughout the entire conversation. Ultimately in the end gave me a partial refund (even though the entire order, minus, the fries were wrong). (Please note that in Actuality, I didn’t even want a refund. I just wanted to order to be made correctly.)
The way that I was treated was absolutely horrible , especially given that they are the ones who completely messed up the entire order. The whole situation was appalling and disheartening. If you were to review my IHOP account, you would see that we order breakfast there quite a bit and even though every order (again, not an exaggeration), this was the first time I’ve ever called. It was my children’s birthday and we’re just trying to have a celebration.
I refuse to order from this location ever again. Most importantly, I highly recommend that the general manager attend customer service training, or even just learn how to be kind.

I called at 11:15p twice to tell them guests are in the lobby and haven’t been seated and back kitchen picks up and says there struggling someone will be with us. You mean to tell me everyone worker just walks by doesn’t greet or ask if you’ve been assisted? Not one employee seem liked they care if people were there didn’t ask if we’ve been helped it’s as if they wanted us to leave. Finally 11:25p the girl with the short pink hair like a boy cut but built like a silverback finally seats all other 3 guests instead of us all which would’ve cleared the lobby. She didn’t tell us that she’ll be with us or anything I was so confused why she didn’t seat us all when that would’ve cleared the lobby of guests. I sat there until about 11:50p more guests came and left . I called again to inform them I’ve been waiting almost a hour and haven’t been greeted, assisted or seated they came out and checked the lobby still no one was greeted except for the people the girl with the pink her was in front assisting guests that were paying to leave once done with that she went back to the kitchen. When I checked the room they only had 3 tables seated it’s as if she wanted people in the lobby to leave finally I left after over a hour. It was rude, I felt unwelcome, unattended and I defiantly wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here bc of the customer service. Not once did anyone say we will be with y’all or anything. And guests were leaving right to left from the lobby and all the employees had time to come check the lobby but not time to assist as if they wanted people to leave. DONT WASTE YOUR...
