Pizza was good but employees are super unprofessional. I waited almost 3 hours for my pizza & they kept getting me an inaccurate wait times. The first employee I talked told me the manager had been on his feet for 2 days straight & was the only one making pizzas. Well why doesn’t this employee get off the phone and go make a pizza? Employee also said it wasn’t his fault no one wanted to work. Anyways I then talked to Donald the manager who was extremely short tempered and rude. He admitted almost all the employees walked out a couple of weeks & he was the only one making pizzas. Donald said he had 3 drivers but no one making pizzas which makes no sense to me. Why hire more drivers than pizza makers or train the drivers to make pizzas? I then asked Donald to give me a refund so I could order a new pizza (from somewhere else) and Donald refused to give me a refund, telling me he would have to give a refund to everyone else too. Anyways it’s clear how Donald was acting over the phone, he just have been the reason all the employees walked out. Asked for double pepperoni and double cheese. Most slices had less than 4 slices of pepperoni. Most of the pizza was bald because there was no cheese or toppings.... This store is a rip off. Usually get pizza every time we go to florence. That is over now. Yall don't wanna do a promotion? Opt out like the other locations. Just earned a 1 star and lost business and i love being loud about thieves.
I included my reciept and a photo of the eugene location and what double pepperoni looks like, they gave me 9 to 11 pepperoni per slice. Yall need reported to the franchise.
The promotions is ANY amount of toppings. You do not get to pick and choose because you dont want to lose money while you lie to consumers. Lying businesses are the worst. Just opt out like a responsible locatiom that respects...
Read moreI am so sad to see what has happened to our local Domino's since a new multi-owner took over. My last order said it was completed when I hadn't received it. The phones don't work so you can't call them. Evidently most long term employees have quit because of changes, lack of training, and management. I hope things turn around, and that we don't lose another business in this town. Edit: No way will I respond to Domino's reply and get a hard working employee in trouble.
