Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florence

I didn’t order food but my 16 year old son applied for a job there. He then came up and asked to speak with a manager. I stood there and heard her specifically tell my son to come back the next day because she does interviews tues and their after 1030. He plays football so I came and signed him out of school for about 30-45 min so that he could get his interview. When we got there she told him “the app is down, come back and reschedule”…to a 16 year old…what does that even mean? I barely even understand what it means. It FEELS like the run around though because that’s a very open statement that tells me nothing, leaving him confused and discouraged. I feel like these managers don’t understand that these kids perspectives are being shaped and we need to explain things in a way that they can understand what’s going on. I then went inside the restaurant to get clarification and the manager refused to come out. I called inside and they repeated the “come back and schedule and interview because the app is down” deal to me. It just felt unprofessional and my child should have been handled differently. This place will NEVER get my business...

Sitting in drive thru for about 45 or more minutes. I finally got to the window and get me half of my order and the girl tells me to have a nice day. I let her know I don’t have my food and after waiting another 10 minutes a guy comes to the window and ask what do we need, smh and walk away while I’ll telling him. The girl comes back to the window and gives me another half of my order. More wait time!!! My prepackaged sandwich was toasted on 1 side. I could continue but…. I give up. I went through the drive thru to order my food. I ordered one donut and a coffee. Apparently there was only one donut left of the one I ordered and she said it was mine. I get to the window and pay for the food, then they come back and tell me they accidentally sold the donut to someone else. Not to mention the drink I ordered wasn’t what was given to me. The lady apparently misheard me. This was supposed to be something to cheer me up, I was already too sadden to even bother arguing back and forth...
