Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florence

We ordered Jimmy Johns on Door Dash never having had it before because it was listed as the quickest in our area with having around an 18-minute wait time for delivery. It was right down the road from where we were at the time but we were unable to walk or drive there with what we were doing. So, we ordered. About 40-minutes later we were still waiting. We were very hungry and actually got back on Door Dash & placed an order with McDonald's which had a 22-minute wait time for delivery. McDonald's showed up & Jimmy John's was now going on 1hr 10min with no food arriving. So my husband called to see what the hold up is and we were told that all Door Dash orders are delivered by 1 Jimmy John's driver not an actual Dasher and they were a little behind. We ate our food from McDonald's and about 10-min after finishing our order from Jimmy John's arrived - 90min after placing the order, 3 miles away. Since this we've not ordered or ate here and won't. The sandwiches are big, taste is nothing to write home about but...

The 2 young girls working were nice, the middle age woman not so much. I've never been here before and was asking about a thin sandwich , then could I make my sandwich a combo with drink. I only got basic answered like yeah, instead for this or that much more . I ended up getting a drink and chips and had to ask where to get the chips ( I didn't see them below the ordering area) . Got my sandwich no napkins had to ask for them and was pointed to them behind the ledge where my sandwich was given to me at. Sandwich was okay, kind of Saad looking, but the so called fresh baked bread was hard. Didn't even eat part...

The absolute worst Jimmy Johns I have ever visited. Ordered a #4 and a drink to go. The cashier could not answer my question about a specific sandwich so I ordered a #4. Paid $11+ and waited for my sandwich. The "sandwich makers continued their discussion while I stood and waited. Finally a very rude young man who never looked at me, plopped a wrapped sandwich on the counter and walked away. I left with my sandwich. When I unwrapped it, I found the bread, 4 thin slices of turkey---and nothing else--no lettuce, no mayo, nothing. This store gives every other Jimmy Johns a bad name. I would give it zero...
