First of all, I ordered an item which was listed on their website only to get a call back after my credit card was charged to let me know that item no longer exists. It was a promotional item. I asked why it's still on the website, the response was that it's not their website. In my experience with franchises, its the store's responsibility to have the item removed from the franchisor's website. Then, I asked to have the item removed from my order and just deliver my pizza. In return, I asked that they send me a refund receipt for the item no longer available. The "manager" seemed to have no clue as to go about how to do that. Kept saying something about how they have to take that item off and ring it up as cash. I couldn't get a simple explanation of what's happened to the charge and how I will be credited the amount. Frustrated with dealing with unprofessionalism, I cancelled my order. Read moreLast night I placed an order online and went in the store to pick it up. The lady printed my receipt and asked me to sign it so I did as she asked. Today when I checked my bank account there was a charge for $11.18 more than my order total. The woman took it upon herself to add a tip to my order, I ordered online and paid online. Now I will take responsibility for not 100% looking over the receipt for any place to mark out a tip before signing, however that still does not make it right on her part. I called the store to get the issue resolved and was told to call the customer center. The lady there said the store manager would have to fix the problem, so she in turn called and informed me of the added tip. I will commend the store manager for refunding the full amount, but I felt the extra phone call was unnecessary when he is the one that had to fix the issue in the end. Not only do they give you a show, but they'll talk to you while they're working. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I've seen in South Carolina. I love Little Caesars but I'm tired of Little Caesars BS. Every time you go in there there is a conundrum. So I asked these people if they had to stuff across the dish. They said no. We have a stuffed crust. They will get my business again. Maybe I can finally get away from pizza pizza. Caesars has delicious pizza but the stores and the employees are for not friendly, not accurate. Always make you wait. Call your pizza in. They don't have any record. You call the Pizza inn well I took talked to this guy. Oh he doesn't remember you want to wait. It's just going to be 15-20 minutes. Where did I call it in?
