Great place, fun shopping for all those strange little gadgets you never thought you needed. The manager on duty I believe is Brooke, is very professional and generally quite precise about their inventory. She will go the extra mile to help you find particular tools but, in honesty, the majority of employees are as pleasant. The prices are generally good and surprisingly, many of their power tools are equal to or even better than some of the name brands while still costing less! Do a little research and you may be surprised. Sure we can spend money anywhere but, that little extra that these employees give makes a difference that I appreciate. My old compressor stopped working. The first place I thought of to get a new one with HarborFreight. I drove 30 miles to the store, picked one up, and took it home. As I was pulling out the old compressor, I noticed a reset button on the back of the motor. I plugged it back in, hit the reset button, and it worked fine. So I decided to bring the new one back to the store. The box was unopened. It was in the condition that it was when I brought it home a couple of days before. they charged me $50 as a restocking fee! They have a good selection of tools, the staff are friendly and helpful! The quality is ok for the prices you pay for the tools here. The down side I would say is they now have an inside club to get the sales and discounts, no longer sending great coupons in the mail or email. You have to pay a membership fee to get the discounts. If I'm going to pay for a membership to get a deal I didn't really get a deal for average quality tools. In the future my purchases here will be based on till availability at other stores. Is rather buy quality for more money than average for a little savings. Not a bad store, but not as good as it was...
