Maryland Fried Chicken, Shrimp & Seafood — Restaurant in Florence

first I would like to say this is one of the best tasting chicken I have ever had but today. but today was a different experience after driving 4 hours from North Carolina 2 South Carolina go back to Florence I went out my way to stop in Florence to get some Maryland's chicken well it was about 3:30 and I know they close at 4 the chicken smell like it probably had been cooked in burnt Grease and as I proceeded to go to Columbia when I got there the livers that I had order was hard as a rock I couldn't even put my tooth in it and the gizzard was okay and the chicken was okay but I'm very disappointed because I am an hour and 15 minutes away now. This is how the livers look after I got back to Columbia. I know that it was the end of the day but in order to have good products you have to use good Grease I really hope my next visit is much...

First of all they where not busy, Ordered at 2:30, didn't get food for 23 minutes. My husband and I had our grandkids. Food arrived at table warmer warm, we were expecting hot chicken, we did get hot fries. Tried to speak to manager or the person in charge, Pete yelled out from kitchen give them back there money, tell them go somewhere else, we don't want there business, he also said I ain't gonna let these people give me a heart attack, I asked them to ask him to come up front to talk to him because I do know him( go figure) we know that if you're eating inside the food is hotter. Very dissatisfied, disappointed with Pete. Maybe he was having a bad day and for that I am sorry. Pete shunned me and my family. Conway location really messed up! We love MFC in florence but this.... this is garbage! The boxes fell apart cuz the food was covered in copious amounts of oil. The fries and tots were put on the bottom and were smashed into the box that is falling apart. And the chicken was room temp and the napkins were covered in food and oil. I mean SATURATED! 90 percent of the food is inedible. And whats worse is that they charge $1 more at the conway location than they do at the florence location! More expensive and substandard don't mix! Just throw oil covered food onto soft food in a box that can't stand large amounts of liquids without disintegrating.... great job messing up 100000000000 percent. I feel disgusted and extremely upset. I wish i could get my money back for this nasty...
