Rally's — Restaurant in Florence

I ordered my families dinner to go. The young lady that took my order did a fine job While I ( and 3 other gentlemen )were waiting on our orders the young lady that took my order had to go out to locate the female manager and another blonde lady because things got busy and these ladies weren't there to help. As she was looking for them both ladies came from the bathroom giggling and laughing When the blonde girl got back behind the counter at the register she said to the gentlemen preparing the burgers"dont start running your mouth", I'm on break. If this was in fact the truth, then she should not have even been in the kitchen. Nevermind the way she was speaking to her team mates and to make the while experience disgusting she spoke like this in front of your guests and they all heard her As I picked up my order I asked who was the manager and the lady with dark hair in ponytail pointed to the tall bald gentlemen and herself. I pointed to the blonde girl with the bad attitude and said" If you worked for me , I would have justed terminated you. She felt it necessary to tell me she was on break. My question to the corporate office is How do you expect your associates to treat each other and is this the customer service experience that should be given to your paying customers I have been in hospitality field for 25+ years and this experience thoroughly disgusted me I stop at this store 2 to 3 times per week I may now rethink my choices,although I do like the food Thank you for listening to my...

Mount Zion , Florence KY. Guys dry burger ask for mustard and pickles on mine get a tiny squirt can't spread it anywhere to cover burger my husband's a tiny piece of onion, medium fries not filled, made it half way on the cup. We both got rally burgers and this was $14.37, so disappointed.. wanted to take it back and ask for refund couldn't get anyone to answer on the phone. More worried about the higher ups watching them outside the drive thru. So upset and disappointed. Use to love Rallys the one in ohio in a really bad part of town treated us so much better.. made the burgers better toppings were spot on and fries filled containers. I want a refund. So upset. First food I got from leaving hospital. 😭 atleast drive thru lady was nice but wondering if it's because she was being watched. Please do better for other customers I wont be back to that one and it's 2 mins...

I have no idea why Google is asking me for a review. I asked for instructions, but never went because it was 30 miles away and not worth the time and gas $. I will give this review based on my experiences decades ago though. (I just recently moved back east and saw the fries in the grocery store). In the late 90s and early 2000s, the Rally's and Checkers I went to had the crispiest perfectly flavored fries and the crispiest veggies on a warm bun with a good size burger.
