Starbucks — Restaurant in Florence

Stood in line while two baristas ignored us. One was tending to another customer, the other had her back to us. Each one turned around toward us and rolled their eyes, making us feel like they wanted us to go away. Even when the barista was finished with the other customers order she turned away from us, again, making us feel like she wanted us to go away. This went on for about 10 mins. I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like...

Barista was nice. Didn't announce my coffee so it was sitting there with other orders until we started turning the cups to find our names. My Provolone Turkey Pesto sandwich was nuked to death so the bread ends were so hard it was inedible. Maybe some updated training is needed. Lukewarm coffee to top it all off.
