Ok, granted, we came for our first time ever during the week between Christmas and New Year’s, when apparently everyone else in the world wanted to jump as well, but it was sooooo crowded it wasn’t worth it. There was a staffer acting as a bouncer at the front door, turning people away who didn’t have a reservation. Luckily, we did, so we were granted entrance, only to wait 20 min to be checked in. There were separate lines for the season pass holders and everyone else, and the pass holders got priority, so it took us a lot longer to check in. Some people also walked in and just bypassed the line and went straight to the counter, which I don’t think they were supposed to do. I felt like the line was mismanaged and poorly organized. When we finally made it to the desk, the checkin was easy and the lady was friendly. We had made our reservations not expecting to wait 20 minutes, so she bumped us up to the next time slot, which was considerate, but then we had to wait 10 minutes to enter the trampoline park, and I felt like maybe they could’ve relaxed their rules a tiny bit and let us in a few minutes early- maybe not, though, because it seemed like the jumping zone was at capacity, and very short-staffed. There were a lot of cool attractions, like a zip line, big slide, high platforms to jump off, but they only opened one at a time, and 20 kids would line up to partake them at once, so there was a lot of line-waiting. If my kids weren’t waiting in line, they were dodging other kids who were running/bouncing in every direction. It was a madhouse. We watched the ambulance come and wheel one kid out in a stretcher- I think he broke his arm. I understand everywhere is short-staffed these days, but Defy was over-crowded when we came. If they aren’t going to add more workers, they need to reduce the amount of jumpers they allow at one time. It seems unsafe, and it’s just not fun to be so packed in there.

You can do an all day pass, 90-min or membership to Defy. The first time you'll need to purchase socks at the counter. You can reuse the socks if you bring them back so it's a 1 time purchase. You'll get a colored wrist band that'll coincide w/ the times they announcd on the PA system to let jumpers and/or parents know when their time is up i.e. "jumpers if your wrist band is purple your jump time is up." Stuff like that & in the center you're able to view the time on a jumbotron. There's quite a few things there like performance trampolines, walls to run up, bounce-basketball, zip line for kids to hold onto, slide that'll launch you about 8 - 10 ft, platforms for kids to jump off onto some sort of soft matt, obstacles courses kids can move around and plenty of trampolines throughout the facility. There are cubbies for kids to put their things in (no locks), food and drinks available, massage chairs for adults that go up to 60 minutes per massage, and plenty of seating in the trampoline area. You can purchase your ticket online & sign the waiver online before arriving. Sometimes not all things are open like the zip line, slide, platform jump which need an employee to operate them. If you don't wanna jump you can be a spectator & watch your kid or you can also jump with him/her. I always jump with my niece & nephew bc I'm a kid at heart and it's fun. Gets a good sweat going. Parking is fairly good and the hours are good also. Just wish they had everything open all the time since the price for 2 socks & jumpers cost me $64 this week.

Great place to take kids for then to use up all that excessive energy they seem to have. We did my niece's 8th birthday party there, and I think all the kids had a lot of fun. The birthday party jump time starts at a specific time and ends 1 or 2 hours later (depending what package you get), and then they bring pizza and drinks to one of the party rooms where kids can spend another hour. You can bring decorations and other snacks to the party room (we brought ice cream cake which I kind of regretted because after a couple hours it started melting). The start time is specific so it is important to get everyone there early if they want the full jump time (they can always join late though). The food wasn't too good though, pizza tasted cheap, I think next time I might ask if we can bring our own pizza. The jump zone had a lot of nice variety for the kids, makes me wish they had this type of stuff when I was a kid. They had some stuff like a ninja warrior course aimed for older kids or those really into fitness, but most of the things could be enjoyed by the younger kids.

I’ve been bringing my son to sky zone weekly for about 2 months now. Originally, we paid for a day pass but was informed that if we wished to sign up for a membership, the money we paid for the day pass would go towards our first month of the membership. Because the membership was signed up under MY name and not my sons, my husband was then told that he would need a separate membership when he brought our son in. So then we were paying for 2 memberships. 1 basic membership in MY name. And then 1 elite membership in my SON’s name with my husband as a parent add on for $10 additional monthly. So in total, we were paying around $75/month for these memberships. On April 29th, an employee told me that this was incorrect and that we were wasting money. She said that I should cancel MY basic membership, and keep the elite membership. And that with the parent add on, ANYONE could bring my son and be covered. Since being told this information, I have brought my son in multiple times, sometimes even more than once a week and it has never been an issue. They ask for his name, and then my name and we’re both able to jump. TODAY (5/20/25) another employee was working the desk and upon arriving, she immediately had a poor attitude. She had just finished checking in our friend who has her own membership, and unbeknownst to me, also had an attitude with her about something to do with her membership. She informed me that the parent add on only covered my husband, and that she could remove him and add me, but technically we should have to pay for 2 parent add ons. I explained that we had never had an issue with this, and even explained that I had been told to cancel my membership BECAUSE I would be covered by my sons. When really, my son is only 2 years old. He is required to have a parent jump with him, and that should be FREE per Sky Zone’s rules. Or at least that’s how it was explained to us on our first visit. Regardless of the memberships being messed up, I have been told the incorrect information regarding them at every turn and the employee today’s attitude towards myself and my friend was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had she explained things in a better tone, it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal, her delivery was atrocious and it honestly concerns me that’s how she chooses to show up to her position working (primarily) with children. It is not my job to know how the membership works, I only know what I was explained by a Sky Zone employee and it has never been an issue until today. I will be cancelling my membership asap, which is extremely disappointing because my son loves...

I took my son to Defy today for his birthday. Before we left we looked online and reserved online time slots and tickets, which are recommended on their website. We paid for a 90 minute session at 11 am. We arrived and as we are checking in I asked the front desk worker if the sign on the front door that said that they would be closing today for a private event would interfere with our jump time. He assured me that as long as we left by 12:35 we should be fine. An hour into jumping we heard an announcement that all those wearing a purple wrist band needed to exit because their times were up. I knew we still had 30 minutes left, so I thought they gave us the wrong wrist band color. We continued to jump as did others. At about 12:20 with ten minutes left in our time the place had emptied out. A worker, who I found out was the manager named Camden, came over and asked us to leave so that they could close for a private event. I let him know that my receipt shows that I paid for a 90 minute session at 11 am and that we would continue to jump for our last 10 minutes. I was polite but firm that we would like to finish our session which at this point is 9 more minutes. He told me that if we didn't leave that he would call the authorities. He did not apologize for the dishonesty of selling time slots that were not actually available, for the mistake of the front desk worker, or his rude demeanor, but instead said that they call the cops on people all of the time. I have no idea if this is a regular practice of this company, to be dishonest and rude, or just awful management, but I am so disappointed in the way my family was treated at the Florence Defy today by the manager, Camden. Everyone else who was there was perfectly nice, so it is unfortunate that the manager was so awful. When you spend almost $70 to jump on trampolines, you hope to get what you pay for and not be threatened to be removed by the police. Ridiculous. Edited* Although I had a prompt response to my public review, I never actually got a response privately to my email. Still no desire to make things right with my family for the behavior of the company and certain...

DO NOT HOLD A CHILD'S PARTY HERE - THEY WILL ONLY BE SAD ON THEIR BIRTHDAY. Unbelievably rude staff and questionable business practices. My daughter held my granddaughter's tenth birthday party at Sky Zone. They paid for a 90-minute party. The pizzas came out after about 30 minutes so they decided to have the kids come in, eat, have cake and ice-cream and then go back out and jump for the remaining time. After all of the kids were seated and eating bad pizza, the attendant informed the parents that once the food is served, the kids are not allowed back in to the jump area. My daughter said if she would have known that was the case she would have waited to eat (and eaten cold pizza because Sky Zone had the pizza up so early). She was informed that someone should have told her that and they still would not be allowed back in. They asked to speak to a manager. A person who purported to be the manager agreed that they would not be allowed back in. In the meantime, my wife and I had already walked back out to the jump area so a few of our grandkids who didn't want to eat could continue to play, as we were not aware of the situation. The staff then actively endeavored to "trick" the kids that made it back in into coming out by making an announcement over the PA that all guests at her party needed to return to the party room. As if all of this wasn't bad enough, it was doubly offensive as the place was not very crowded at this particular time, there were multiple open party rooms and the staff acknowledged that they didn't have any more parties scheduled for the remainder of the day. Basically, this wasn't even about being overbooked. There was no reason to disappoint a bunch of kids and cheat the parents out of what they had paid for. My kids had previously thrown a couple of parties when this place was Defy and were very happy with the experience. It doesn't appear the new Sky Zone management has any interest in creating a good experience for...
