At Home is a treasure trove for anyone looking to infuse their living space with personality without breaking the bank. Stepping into one of these massive stores feels like entering a warehouse-sized Home Goods, offering an overwhelming but exciting array of home décor, furniture, and seasonal items. Their strength lies in sheer variety and competitive pricing. Whether you're searching for a specific color throw pillow, a unique piece of wall art, or an entire dining set, chances are At Home will have multiple options. This is particularly true for holiday decorations, with Halloween being a standout. They consistently stock a vast selection of spooky delights, from towering inflatables to intricate animatronics and charming small-scale decor, often putting it out surprisingly early in the season. However, the "you get what you pay for" adage sometimes applies. While many items offer excellent value, some furniture pieces or more delicate decorations might lack the longevity of higher-end retailers. It's wise to inspect items closely for quality before purchasing. Also, navigating such a large store can be a bit overwhelming, so having a general idea of what you're looking for helps. Overall, At Home is a fantastic destination for budget-conscious decorators and holiday enthusiasts, especially during the...
Read moreIf I could give this place a zero, I most definitely would. This place is a joke. This was the second time I visited the store. I thought it was bad the first time, but I was wrong. Today’s visit was worse. I went to the store hoping to find throw pillows for my new sectional. Found the perfect ones and went to check out. There was only one cashier and she was very slow, no biggie. Finally, it was our turn to check out. The cashier tried scanning our items but they wouldn’t scan. There was also a price tag on the product. She asked my husband if he could go find another pillow with the price tag. Well first off, we don’t work there and there are other sales associates including a manager who should be doing that. We told her those were the only pillows back there, but she insisted so my husband went and looked anyway. Finally, a manager appears because the line was backed up. She told him the problem, and his response was, “well those aren’t even our pillows or tags.” Ummm excuse me, but they were on YOUR shelf, so technically you’re supposed to give them to me for the price in the tag. My husband returned without a matching item, and when I told him what the manager said, we chose to leave. Never again will we shop At Home, and we’ll be sure family and friends don’t either. Such...
Read morei’ll start by saying I love this store, my friends and I have spent lots of money here over the course of years! well yesterday I’m trying to return a few paintings I received as a gift. I’m not Sure when they were bought and I specifically said we did not have a receipt as they were a gift. the woman I’m guessing is the manager immediately comes up and shut us down in the rudest way possible, implying that we stole these paintings. these were LARGE canvas paintings too, mind you. I was able to return just a few of them and get a small store credit, which is literally all I was wanting in the first place, I didn’t expect any complete money back.
whoever this manager is, truly needs an attitude adjustment, there are nicer ways of explaining policy and to not immediately insinuate your customers...
