Wendy's — Restaurant in Florence

What food??!! We walked into the restaurant at 10:25 am - not the drive-thru as we wanted to eat in the restaurant. We waited 13 minutes until we were told that breakfast was no longer being served! We were INTENTIONALLY IGNORED BEING SERVED DUE TO IT BEING SO CLOSE TO 10:30 AM!!! The staff was incredibly rude and said they were 4 people short even though there were 4 people working behind the counter and not ONE person acknowledged FOUR people waiting for service!!!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE AND MOT TO BE TOLERATED! If you can't take care of your PAYING customers, then dont open for business!!!! It's a very simple concept!! All people need to take their business elsewhere and stay far away from this location as they could care less about their customers!! There is ZERO customer service skills at this location!! $5.00 an hour for these employees is way too much to be paid! When I pulled in, there was a very long line at the drive-thru, which I had intended to use. So I went inside because I just wanted a dinner salad to take home. Inside there was also a line, so slow-moving that the man in front of me left in a huff. When it was my turn, I ordered a full-size Southwest Avocado Salad, which I had never tried before. It again took awhile for me to get one salad--the man behind me even got his order before I did. But then, after all this, I got home to try my new salad, and my SW Avocado Salad had NO avocado on it! I was extremely disappointed because I'm not getting to try the salad the way it SHOULD taste. I did call the restaurant to let them know that the line people need to be more careful, but I thought I'd let others know--you might want to check your food closely before you leave...

I would like to start out by saying at least my food was fine. I ordered my meal with a tropical green tea and they said it had to be made and it would take 10 minutes. Ok, no big deal I understand. So 10 minutes went by and I went back up there and the cashier taking orders said it was still brewing and offered me something else. I then asked how long it would be and his managers response was, “whenever I get back there to brew it, I have a whole screen full of orders to fill.” Extremely rude and unprofessional by the lady manager with the pink ish hair.
