Came in July 29 around 2:30 and stood in line for over 20 minutes to order,I ordered the $5 biggie bag with double stack and also purchased a Jr. cheeseburger deluxe, took about 10 minutes to get my order and literally watched the young girl go to put my 2 sandwiches on the tray with my other stuff and she dropped one of the sandwiches so she put the one she didn't drop on the tray and then take the other one to the young black man with dreads who was making the sandwiches and said she dropped it and no lie I literally watched him instead of making a new one he just took the sandwich out of the wrapper and rewrap it in a new wrapper and told her to give it to me,I was completely shocked and sickened that they would still try to serve a sandwich to someone when it hit the floor, the young girl turned to go put it on my tray and noticed that I seen everything plus him just rewrapping it instead of replacing it,she was so nervous putting it on my tray,I asked for my cup and she couldn't even look at me while giving it to me because of what I saw them do....I turned around and just threw that sandwich in the trash because I don't eat food that fell on the floor and I wouldn't want anyone else to,trust me when I say I'll never eat not only at this Wendy's ever again but I won't eat at any Wendy's after what I saw,be careful and watch people...
Read moreHit the drive thru . The young man working as the order taker was fantastic. He was patient with our indecision as my gal and I ordered. When we made it to the window to pay he greated us with a smile. Then my gal pulls out a pile of coupons. Not complaining, she's good with our money and I appreciate that. I looked at the order taker and made a dad joke about her and despite it not being a good joke he laughed. She loaded him up with coupons and he adjusted our order, never once being anything other than a professional, cheerful, pleasant person. Hey Wendy's...I've seen the upcoming pool of recent grads and soon to grad young adults that are coming....not many are like this fellow. He deserves a promotion, raise, bonus, or something. This young man will crush it in the real world, so acknowledge him. He really did make our day better and we will definitely return to your location for repeat biz because of him. Rock on, man! 5 out of 5. 2 thumbs up. The guy who gave us our food was pleasant as well, but we didn't get a chance to swamp him with coupons or speak to him as much. He did have a smile, though.
Whoever is doing the hiring here knows their stuff. Food was great. Service was phenomenal. Thanks again. ...
Read moreJust grabbed some food at the drive-thru. The woman who handed me my food (who looked to be the manager on duty based on how she was dressed) had a nasty attitude and as I double checked that everything was in the bag like I always do she pushed the window back open and snapped, “Did we forget something!?” with the mean look on her face. I said, “No, I just like to double check.” I was just kind of taken aback, that’s such a normal thing to do at a drive-thru before you pull away, and there was really not that many cars in line.
She was just so rude about it, it seems like she hates her job. Maybe she was just having a bad day but how am I supposed to know. You can’t just be rude or short with someone. I was in line for probably less than 5 minutes yet she is solely responsible for turning what was otherwise a regular experience into...
