I'm getting more and more disappointed in this branch. I went to the walk up window side and waited for a coffee for 20 minutes while I watched multiple cars drive up and get an order taken and receive their product and leave. The employees inside could see me waiting and just kept helping the drive up side. My order was placed it was a hot coffee with almond milk. Probably one of the easiest orders to make. And it took 20 minutes? Seems more like they could care less about the walk up orders as of lately. Anyway I will still give credit where it is due, the staff is extremely friendly and have good personalities. Also the coffee is great. But the service is the reason I will start going to other businesses. First thing I noticed was the music, loud and bumping. By the time I got to the order "window" the music was so loud, I had to yell my order to the girl taking it. I moved forward to the pickup area and mentioned that they should have food. The girl mentioned they have Muffin Tops. I asked for the chocolate chip. The ensuing mess of trying to ring me up for the muffin got so bad that I almost cancelled the order. But they prevailed and I got it. And it was FROZEN. I won't be back. Today, I took the chance in hopes that things were functioning. When I asked the girl, before I placed my order, she asked the kid inside if they were working. His response to her was " tell her it's not working" . I overheard his response and was totally surprised that was the response. When he realized I overheard him, he back pedaled real quick, offering to try one to see if it works. Sorry pal, to late, I heard your initial response.
