So, upon entering the establishment, I was already waiting at the door, since it was actually pretty packed and the line itself ended at the door. This was a Monday evening, between 7:00-8:00 pm. I had already been to this ice cream joint 4 times prior to my visit, but mostly during the day time. When I had finally reached the front counter after 15 minutes of waiting in line to provide my order, a stocky girl in a magenta pink t-shirt with short hair in pigtails and black-rimmed glasses named Emma, looked at me, then ignored me and decided to take the order of the caucasian woman behind me. Now, to be perfectly clear, I am not sure if this girl is racist or not, but she did notice me, and knew I had been next in line, and refused to take my order. I didn’t want to create a scene so I simply waited at the front of the register to be attended even though I was still standing there in front of the customer that had just been acknowledged before me. Both, a young girl with glasses in a baby blue t-shirt, and another young girl in yet another magenta pink t-shirt, approached me and asked me if I had been helped yet, since they noticed the woman behind me was actually already paying and had her ice cream in hand while I was just standing there with nothing. I informed them that no, I had not yet been helped and supplied them with my order. I noticed the that the girl who had refused to assist me kept giving me glances and subtle smirks, as if boasting that I had been skipped and had gone purposely unacknowledged. I then proceeded to ask the two girls for their fellow employee’s name, the girl that had purposely ignored me (Emma). After paying, I simply went home. It is truly sad that such a person works at this establisment, refusing to apologize for her deliberate and unprofessional behavior. In 2 weeks I have already been to this establishment 5 times, regardless of their high prices or bustling long lines, not to mention I actually leave tips. Their custard is pretty good, although for better service and a possibly better tasting custard I would rather visit Culver’s in...

Read moreTonight was our first visit and I was very disappointed. The place is brand new, beautifully decorated but the service and product offered definitely didn’t match that facade. They were super busy and the “manager” or owner had no sense of hurry to help, she didn’t help at all. I am a business owner and that made me really upset. The teenager girls were clearly running with their heads cut off and the manager was just there talking about how she went into the business of ice cream. Come on! I saw several people complaining about the ice creams melting before they even ate the first bite. All the tables were super sticky and full of pieces from other people’s ice cream. I am sorry but when you are opening a new business you may have to get your hands dirty a little bit! My husband and I ordered banana splits, they honestly had one table spoon of each ice cream, I couldn’t believe it. They put a whole banana and a lot of whipped cream but no ice cream. My kids ordered one flavor on cones and they were fine, no complains there. But my point is, when you open a new business, your major asset is your costumers... greed them, if you are running late on ice creams, say something, make people understand you just opened and you are trying your best. That’s called good...
