I had the great fortune to meet and work with a very intelligent and technically excellent young man by the name of Francisco Rameriz. I went to the store very frustrated because my wife's phone that was just out of warranty and less than 2 years old had been giving us many weeks of unreliable performance. I had spent several hours with the technical service folks on the phone and we determined finally that the phone operating system was so corrupt that it was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Working with Francisco Rameriz we were able to replace her phone and upgrade my son Christopher's phone simultaneously fixing my wife's issues and upgrading to a reliable Samsung that we both experienced superior performance with in the past. In addition Francisco recovered very valuable information that we feared was lost forever. The phones were activated and ALL of our contacts, email, photos, and applications were restored to the new phone in a minimum amount of time. Francisco also took time to ensure we were given training on the features of our new phone systems. Francisco makes sure your experience with Verizon and the associated phones is above your expectations and offers an invitation for support in the future in the form of Technical assistance and training anytime requested. He is an energetic, and valuable member of the staff of the Fernandina Beach branch of Verizon Wireless. Bottom line is, I have paid Verizon for the cell I was overcharged by over $200 on Plus a higher price on the nonworking iPhone X I was still paying payments on because I left early because of this.. (And paid them off and said goodbye) so the only remedy at this point would be a cash reimbursement. I tried my very best to work with the people at the store and with Verizon to no avail. If youāre serious about making it right, please let me know what you can do here publicly. I have raised the rating by one star as a show of good faith and because you are communicating with me now. Feb 2021: Iāll see if theyāve removed my review again, so Iāll post a new oneā¦again. My advice: stay away from these people. I was misled, overcharged, treated rudely and now have coverage with a different carrier because of this store. You can save literally hundreds of dollars by going to a different store.
PS 2023: I had changed my review to 2 stars because the manager or someone responded saying to contact the store and they would try to correct the issue. I did. They werenāt available when I called, twice. Left messages to contact me via text or email, or here where he responded to my review. Never heard anything else from them, except for the collection agency they turned me over to after I left Verizon. š Going...

I have been with Verizon for a couple of decades. I have ALWAYS preferred engaging with corporate store reps--until now.
My phone had a unique problem. After several hours, swimming up stream (against the corporate technical support current), it finally started working again. Friday morning, weeks after I thought the problem was resolved, it failed again.
Desperate, and in Fernandina, I reached out to this store. Thomas wasted no time in quickly troubleshooting my phone, found it had a serious flaw, and wasted no time recommending I replace it.
Thomas not only put me in a new phone, but got me the phone I wanted while saving me $20 bucks a month as well.
I would be remiss if I didn't comment on Thomas' demeanor. Personable, professional, knowledgeable, engaging. Hands down, my best customer service experience with this company.
