Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

As far as fast food, I think Arby's is probably the best. But not al Arby's are the same. I definitely will not go to this one again. The fries looked overdone yet were warm at best. The oil is obviously dirty but no one is on them about that. I ordered three jamocha shakes and I think they forgot to add the Jamocha flavoring because it just tasted like chocolate. The only reason I order the shakes at Arby's is because I love the taste of Jamocha. I ordered a Smokehouse Brisket as it was called on the menu. The cashier upgraded me to a Bacon Bourban and Brisket along with the additional charge. I guess he never counted on me looking inside the box. Once I saw it, I immediately told him that it was not what I ordered. So he took it back and I could here the staff grumbling and asking why I'm complaining. So I said outloud, I'm allergic to bacon and I don't want to go to the hospital. I think they took the bacon off and sent it back out because about three hours later, I was so sick in the stomach and I couldn't leave my house. These jerks don't even care about public safety. I have informed Arby's about what happened and yet I have heard nothing. It has been five days. So all I can say is, this Arby's sucks. I go to Arby's at least twice a month all over the country byut the one in...

Food was expensive...paid over $24.00 for 2 Arby roast beef sandwiches ( and not a meal deal) and 1 small roast beef sandwich.. it tasted good but would had been better if they had got the order correct, though the receipt showed exactly what was ordered..we received only 1 large roast beef and a small roast beef and a ..(not recommended.. chicken sandwich) the service was polite and friendly..but so rushed that we did not have time to even look in the bag before feeling rushed to move on.. update:please read my photo followup from yesterday 1/30/2023 ,I'm unable to add it all here my recent review so it's under recent customer photo info still expensive but even more and prices weren't what was on the screen outside ordering spent close to $40 for inedible bad food.. I do know this now" I'll never return here" and others who live here probably don't if the treatment is what was experienced, especially when it was with combative angry staff and friends of staff who were discriminatory and I actually for the 1st time worried about being harmed .. not acceptable and I've tried here more than deserved ..good luck I hope the staff learns training and customer service... As well as how to fix fresh food that won't harm you if ate....

Sandwiches and fries were cold and old, inedible.

We grabbed food on the way home because it was really late, we were super hungry, and we were in a rush to get the kiddo to bed.

It was two hours past kiddo's bedtime, and we'd had such a fun busy day we Somehow skipped dinner. We were all famished, and would have eaten most anything that was passable as mediocre.

Found everything except the diet coke completely inedible, and literally threw it away once we got home.

Fries were greasy, luke warm, smashed into the boxes, almost a solid mass.

The chicken on the classic chicken sandwich was cold. Colder than the lettuce and tomatoes even.

Beef on beef and cheddar was between luke warm and cold, and with much less cheese than I've gotten on this same sandwich in the past.

Jalapenos were hot, guessing that's what we were waiting on, but also smashed and broken, not much cream cheese. Maybe it came out in the fryer when they got banged around in there? Idk

I know it's fast food, and I don't expect much, but this was just ridiculous guys.
