Today’s experience was something else! Went into the restaurant and were literally one of two couples there. The other couple was in front of us ordering. They were standing there for a solid 8 minutes before placing their order. It had been a good 15 minutes before we were able to place our order. Attempted to order a chocolate shake for our son and was advised that the ice cream machine was down and had been for 2 months. Wow, okay. We finished placing our order and went to get our drinks from the fountain area, which was disgusting. Not well kept and dirty. We sat down and waited for our food, keeping in mind that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of watching 3 employees standing around talking, I went and stood by the counter to continue waiting. Upon my arrival, I see one employee warming up her lunch in a Tupperware container, and another employee who I can only assume was the manager, putting roast beef on slider buns with her bare hands. Gross! We made eye contact and she asked if she could help me with anything, upon which I replied, “yeah, our order”. Another girl comes running over and pulls our order which had apparently been sitting for a several minutes and says “oh, here ya go, sorry about that”. Ridiculous! Later on, I went back to the crusty fountain area to refill my drink and I see the girl who took our order literally sitting on the back counter looking bored and apparently waiting for the time to pass to clock out. Overall, the experience was pretty atrocious and the cleanliness and sanitation was abysmal. Don’t recommend until they can get their...

Update.... Came back to this place again. Ordered pickup thru the app. Says it will be ready at 1:11pm....got my food at 1:24. They have no clue what they are doing. I watched them make the same sandwich 3 times because they don't know. Where is the management at this place? I told them if I didn't pay already I would have walked out. They didn't seem to care

Don't go here unless you have 30 minutes minimum to wait in line at the drive thru and that is being 3rd in line. Then when you actually get to the speaker no one greets you for 6 more minutes. Then it takes another 7 minutes to actually get your food. 33 minutes total. What a waste of time. This must be standard practice because the lady does not even say sorry for your wait or thank you at the end. She hands you the bag like you are bothering her. Terrible drive thru experience. Beyond rediculous.

I just started going to this Arbys. the first few times I noticed no one wanted to wait on you. I blew it off. Today I ordered through on phone. I got there and was told the shake machine was down ok understandable. But I asked if they would refund my card for the amount of the shake. No one knew how to do this so I got the cold shoulder. While standing there waiting for anyone to answer my question I noticed the girl at the fryer dumping food from one container to another then placing hot food on top of that. I also noticed the girl putting food into bags without gloves. Gross ! One girl couldn't even get the manager to answer my question so she walked away. Finally I said just give me a sandwich to replace the shake. That's all I needed to see. I have my food serve license and if I was the inspector that place would have been fined. Management get employees that want to help their customers and work. Maybe consider some training. Because you have just lost...

Slowest place I have ever been to. One employee is making food. One standing by drive through and one standing around around with a thumb up their rear end. "Shift manager " and i use that term loosely is walking around not helping. Two people in front in line. 10 minute wait before even getting to place an order. Ice cream machine has been down for 2 months per Kari. Soda station is filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. This is the worst experience at an arbys SLOW is an understatement I have had faster service at the VA. 25 minutes from walking in the door till we got our food. Will not be back to this location.

Dining in, they are very attentive at keeping things clean, and giving you your food fresh, hot and correct every time. Biggest downside to inside is a design flaw of making each bathroom just for one person each, despite being such s new building. The loss in stars lays in the forgetfulness, mistakes, and just sometimes bad overall service of drive thru. You would not think they are the same place from the huge difference in service. Dine in is usually 4-5 stars. Drive thru is always 1 Star.

Biggest downside to inside is a design flaw of making each bathroom just for one person each, despite being such s new building. The loss in stars lays in the forgetfulness, mistakes, and just sometimes bad overall service of drive thru. You would not think they are the same place from the huge difference in service. Dine in is usually 4-5 stars. Drive thru is always 1 Star.
