Todayâs experience was something else! Went into the restaurant and were literally one of two couples there. The other couple was in front of us ordering. They were standing there for a solid 8 minutes before placing their order. It had been a good 15 minutes before we were able to place our order. Attempted to order a chocolate shake for our son and was advised that the ice cream machine was down and had been for 2 months. Wow, okay. We finished placing our order and went to get our drinks from the fountain area, which was disgusting. Not well kept and dirty. We sat down and waited for our food, keeping in mind that we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. After another 10 minutes of watching 3 employees standing around talking, I went and stood by the counter to continue waiting. Upon my arrival, I see one employee warming up her lunch in a Tupperware container, and another employee who I can only assume was the manager, putting roast beef on slider buns with her bare hands. Gross! We made eye contact and she asked if she could help me with anything, upon which I replied, âyeah, our orderâ. Another girl comes running over and pulls our order which had apparently been sitting for a several minutes and says âoh, here ya go, sorry about thatâ. Ridiculous! Later on, I went back to the crusty fountain area to refill my drink and I see the girl who took our order literally sitting on the back counter looking bored and apparently waiting for the time to pass to clock out. I watched them make the same sandwich 3 times because they don't know. Where is the management at this place? I told them if I didn't pay already I would have walked out. They didn't seem to care
Don't go here unless you have 30 minutes minimum to wait in line at the drive thru and that is being 3rd in line. Then when you actually get to the speaker no one greets you for 6 more minutes. Then it takes another 7 minutes to actually get your food. 33 minutes total. What a waste of time. This must be standard practice because the lady does not even say sorry for your wait or thank you at the end. She hands you the bag like you are bothering her. Terrible drive thru experience. Beyond rediculous.

   Read moreI just started going to this Arbys. the first few times I noticed no one wanted to wait on you. I blew it off. Today I ordered through on phone. I got there and was told the shake machine was down ok understandable. But I asked if they would refund my card for the amount of the shake. No one knew how to do this so I got the cold shoulder. While standing there waiting for anyone to answer my question I noticed the girl at the fryer dumping food from one container to another then placing hot food on top of that. I also noticed the girl putting food into bags without gloves. Gross ! One girl couldn't even get the manager to answer my question so she walked away. Finally I said just give me a sandwich to replace the shake. That's all I needed to see. I have my food serve license and if I was the inspector that place would have been fined.
