really bad custommer service the guy at the drive thru was really rude! my brother clearly said what he wanted after he had order one of our friends got confused on the combo and changed it the guy that was taking our order said on a really loud and rude way "if you speak english speak it good"! and he kept on reapinting it like three more times and didnt let my brother speak, I guess he heard the spanish accent, but that wasent all! good thing we recorded when we came to the window beacuae the guy was even more rude he gave our friend the change really hard by the way he gave it to him some of the change even fell he didnt even say sorry and after that happened he had the food on the other hand and besacly did the same thing with the bag of food almost thrown to my fiend and hit his finguer by the way he gave the bag! I called the restaurant but the guy I talk to he didnt let me talk he only kept on asking if i was the girl that called earlier for the same thing and when i said im not the same girl but that must be the same guy, and all he asked was for my receipt! it doesnt make any sence the receipt is asked when there is something missing on the order or the order is wrong so they can check! I gave him the number of the reset and he said im sorry but i dont see any order with that number i was like what does that have to do with your rude employee! I got mad and told him that i got a video. again good thing we recorder what happened at the window and im gonna do something about this because other people are being treated badly at this restaurant and no one is doing anything about it! This is not the way of treating people! The day and time in case someone from this restaurant read this comment and wants to find out who is treating their costummers bad and do something about it was March 25 monday...

I ordered cheese fries and asked for a large water since I have a problem staying hydrated and I needed water to take with medication. He handed me this makeshift cup that he pulled from under the counter already filled with water. Um no. Then I asked oh am I able to get a larger cup? Direct quote “this is all I’m willing to give you.” Excuse me? How disgusting and such nasty customer service! I ended up purchasing one. Which I handed him exact change and never saw him ring up the drink. I did not get the lads name since he failed to provide me with a receipt. The date I visited this location was October 7th at around 8pm. The still remember the exact date since I was in town visiting family on my way to howl o scream at Busch gardens and this was the only RUDE DISGUSTING customer service I received the entire vacation. Read more“Arby’s We Have The Meat” Not in my 2 Gyros! Order Placed 09-17-22 2:16pm Order # 335 at TA Location Store #7324. Maybe I am spoiled by my Local Arby’s #135; My 2 Gyros lacked meat. I was additionally charged $2 for a teaspoon of Jalapenos between the two. Not to mention My local Arby’s does not Up Charge for that. Both in person and online. I was never given a price at the Drive Thru Box, or the window .. I should have asked before handing over my card. $13.86 rip off. The recent Greed Increase was 25% not 50%. How are fries burnt and served at room temperature? Not to mention that a gallon of gas is cheaper than your fries. The price of potatoes has not changed that drastically; unless they came from the black market. Very disappointed and disgusted by corporate greed. Needless to say Arby’s will see my reviews and will never see any more of my money. P.S. Would you like the extra ketchup and napkins back?
