Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

I don’t know what’s wrong with the employees here anymore I live a block away and been coming here for 15 plus years, first I ask how they are doing once I arrived and no proper manners to greet customers back, then I get home where I wait for my pregnant wife to get home , I start eating and when I finished that I go store her and my sons food noticed my wife’s bacon Swiss sandwich wasn’t placed in the bag, literally 5 mins after I left the restaurant I noticed and went back not like it was a hour after or longer literally 5 mins after I left the restaurant this happened. I went back told the manager and she kept calling me a liar and being disrespectful stating it was placed in the bag and that they did give it to , all until I said let me see the 2 camera recording from the 2 facing the food line and if not I was gonna call the cops that’s when she offered to help I don’t believe I was needed to be treated like this or have to get so angry over a sandwich if it wasn’t that it was my wife’s food especially that she’s pregnant I wouldn’t have cared but honestly with the way they treated me and spoke to me was very wrong form the lady that was running the drive thru to the manager worst most disrespectful people I have ever met I will never ever come to this establishments again and anyone that I know from family or friends or my business will all be aware of this store and they...

New fish sandwich is better than the other chains.. It's fast food, but significantly better than your typical burger place. The variey is impressive. Love their condiments, particularly the Horsey Sauce and the Dijon Mustard. Ruben? Yes,, Either Corned Beef or Turkey. They have a temporary greek menu with Gyros which I haven't tried. Slliders? Yes. Smoked turkey? Yes. Ham? Yes. They DO 'Have the meats' as they advertise. Bathrooms are clean. The atmosphere and decor need upgrading , although the open plan with the 'S' divider for waiting gives you a better feel than being herded like cattle at tgeir typical competitor. If they gave it a Deli feel, served Bagels (pumpernickel or Black Russians you can get at the better Einsteins) served Nova and a variety of cream chees and all day breakfast, they'd have something. It's hard to get that kind of breakfast after 3 pm and it's really refreshing to have deli type options in Kendall because there is so much Cuban food everywhere in Miami. The Delis close early and Arby's is open late. There is a niche to fill there!. Oh, and the counter customer service was polite and attentive. Got there at 10:45pm when they say they are open till midnight. The person in front of me ordered. Then when I got to the box they said they were closed. It was 10:50. After I asked why they didn't answer. As I tried to back out of the winding drive in (blocked going forward) someone said "hi can I take your order" and I asked "so you're not closed?" Someone said "no can I take your order" I asked "ok fine so you're open?" And they responded "no we are closed go away" This is why Arby's is a joke to most people. It's a running gag on the Simpsons and Family Guy how disgusting it is to eat here. This location has the worst customer service ever. This isn't even my fourth or fifth bad experience but at least my 10th. What a joke this location is.

Update; corporate contacted me. They did nothing they ignored me. Basically laughed at me. Don't care about any customers. What a joke this company is.
