Just check it before u drive away. Once the food hits your hand. Lmao. Must have been the first order yesterday.. I had two half slices of black brown beef (presliced and long dead) on my boyfriends sandwich .. so it became the dogs food. Once I find that reciept I shall call and help make a comment that hopefully gets attention. Like the manager conveyed... he sees these but has zero real concern I'm guessing much like under cooked mozz sticks and old dried unwrappedmeat from the night before ... Obviously he just got told to sell it ..so he does.
So.. I was contacted by the new manager shortly after my last update .He said give him a little time and he will replace my food.He even told me he has so much to do ect... Two weeks later, I called the number back (he called me from..I saved it. How else would I get back to him?) He had zero recollection.. he had not been clear if he called because of Google or the bad call-in review... I assumed Google because it was so fast.. But bad meat and no dip for two dip sandwiches?? I was expecting a call......
He absolutely made me feel like he thought I was making it up.. he asked for a reciept..I said I have the order on my phone (it was mobile) He didn't argue though. He had another person serve me when I showed up. . He came out to wave thanks bye . .
I still didn't get my sauce I asked for (which I was told, again, it was absolutely in the bag.. ) They did give the correct basics... (Dip for the French dips)
Old review🫣 And months later the problem is NOT any better. Even with a Manger there she still let them take over finishing the orders (I sat 20 mins waiting for.) I was told that the sauces for your sandwiches are in the bag and s Handed me the bags for the 2 orders. No. The later it is the lazier everyone is at this location.. I only recieved the one red ranch I directly asked the manager for. Anything standard was left off... Bronco sauce for my jalapeños?? Nope. Marinara for the mozzarella sticks? Nope! I bought two French dip sandwiches... the meat tasted like it was almost out of date AND no sauce..that IS the entire sandwich.
I know the service sucks worse than any other location... I almost blame myself for not doing what I should (scrutinize every detail before taking off..) But this time , I believed them....
Sooo This is .. just wow. Especially when the high-school boys are in .. I have 3 sons. Love guys... Especially good boys ( just do your job. ) But .. I've had people ignore me after taking payment (by sitting in the window butt/back to me) My food is always off if it's all young boys working... which I would guess would be good (boy portions, lol. 👎NO) Worst in a while was yesterday afternoon I asked and waited about 2 full minutes ...."what's on a loaded fry?" He says "bacon cheese fries and spicy sweet sauce...oh and chicken nuggets" I paid something like $5.80 for a "loaded fry"
I had thought to myself..cool, they even looked up the toppings..this will be ok this time.
🫣😖😡😤 Neahhhh. 4 big Nuggets on a maybe medium fry.. soaked in a sauce the reminds me of siracha BBQ .. (Way more than most would apply to one curly fry..) And maybe a half a bacon strip? Oh and a tiny bouncy-ball sized blob of cheese sauce on the very bottom. I ate the Nuggets. I was sad there was no cheese And super saucy everything...I like to taste thier fries 😭 I guess, thanks for the free extra sauce? 🤬 I had to go get my kid or I would e requested a refund. So so so not...

Read moreWe know this one well. Close to grandkid’s house so quick to take them there. Plus my wife loves the Jamocha shakes! Now I really like spicy foods, Thai is a favorite, so when I saw the ads for the Diablo sandwiches, we planned a visit with the grandkids after Sunday church.
Not very busy yet so we were waited on right away. Of course I ordered the Diablo Dare meal with Diablo Roast Beef sandwich and Diablo Fries. My wife and granddaughter opted for Roast Beef sandwiches, Curly Fries and shakes.
Quickly our food was brought to our table. I went in for the fries. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries had a nice heat. Not like some chain’s “Spicy” fare, which has little or no heat. These fries had heat! After a few minutes my nose started running and my lips burned. Excellent! But the flavors still came through. The Diablo Roast Beef sandwich was also hot but not nearly as much as the fries.
Plus the meal also came with a small shake that was soothing. My wife and granddaughter also tried one of the fries but were too hot for them. Plus, since our grandson didn’t make it today, I ordered Diablo Dare meal for him.
Being this was two days after Veterans Day, the lady that took our order and brought our food noticed my Marine Corp Veteran shirt and said she had something for me. She came back with a Desert Storm Marine Cap for me. She said a friend gave her a bunch of Marine uniforms that she gave to others but had the cap left. And I still have my Desert Storm Cammir uniform. I thanked her for the gift.
Now the rest of the story…. Later that evening the “curse of the Diablo” struck and cleaned out my system - repeatedly! Now at Taco Bell I consume their Diablo sauce with relish. It never affects me. But their Fire sauce also affects me likewise. Plus we usually get Thai food at the top of the heat scale and no problem. But the Arby’s Diablo sauce also must have some ingredient that I cannot tolerate. Though I loved it, no more Diablo for me. But if you like spicy, you...
