I am not a pessimist, or a picky customer. Ok its only arbys, nothing to get your hopes up about. Heroes the pro lem, I put in a to go order with the cashier, who never took my money or rang me up. The next employee comes up , greets me and asked if I would like to place my order. I explained to him that I already placed my order. Well neither of them could remember what I ordered and to be quite honest at this point neither could I. So I'll gladly ordered again. I ordered a burger with fries and a Coke. To go. They brought my food out on a tray and I said oh yeah , there's my to-go order I ordered I guess I'll just find a bag for it. They apologized and brought me a bag, pouring the burgers and Fry's into the bag without the box that held the fries. so I go make my drinking start to put some ketchup into one of those little paper cups. The catch up and all the other condiments are empty and not pouring out of the spout. The employee, trying to be helpful said don't worry about it I'll just give you a bunch of sauce packets. Great service so far except for the them being too high or whatever to remember that I ordered or what it was. I put everything in my bag the sauce the burger the Fry's down at the bottom of the bag and then I set my closed off drink sitting right on top of the burger in the bag. I walk out of my car and sit down with the bliney lap. the entire bottom of the bag collapses spilling my drink all over my burger and fries and into my car so naturally I am very mad and walk inside and ask to speak to a manager. The manager asks what's wrong so I showed him the bag that has no bottom. I explained to him that the bag he gave me or something because all of my food fell out of the bottom of the bag and my clothes and my car are now covered in Mountain Dew. Instead of asking if you can help me he tells me it's because I poured too much ketchup into the box that held the fries and that the ketchup broke the bag. Well two problems, one, all of my ketchup was in sauce packets and the sauce packets were closed. Problem two was that nothing I had was soaked in ketchup. So I reminded the manager that he was the one that gave me the sauce packets because he didn't want to see me struggle having to squirt ketchup everywhere which meant he was lying or just stupid. I told him not to blame things on the customer and tell me I'm wrong when obviously I'm not. So he got kind of indignant with me and said look I'll just make you another one. The last thing I wanted at that point was another s* sandwich and Code Red Mountain Dew all over my pants and car again. I asked him for my money back, which he shorted me and I had to prove that he shorted me to get all my money back. If there was an option for 0 Stars I would have picked that. Never ever ever ever ever eating...
Read moreWellllll, was going to get some food. Lady ask for me to start my order. I go off telling it. Getting to the second order. Then said, “I’m sorry, I wasn’t by my computer. Can you repeat everything?” Why ask me to start my order…if you’re not ready to take it? And let me go ahead and get done with my first order and start on my second. Like you were listening. But then wasn’t. After I was starting to say I want a large sweet tea, easy ice, she says, “oh my god!” After I have repeated myself over 5 times. And then when I drive off, the two girls that are black, one with a messed up arm, proceed to flip me and my family off when I decided to drive away and not order anymore. Worse service I have ever experienced. These two employees should be let go at this point. Not coming back after this.
Update: call to speak to the “manager” so they give me the assistant manager. I guess. Not too sure if you ask me. But I was telling her what had happened. She proceeds to tell me the system completely deleted my order is why she said, “oh my god.” So I asked, “then why was my son and I flipped off when I decided to drive away?” So she whispered to the girl, “did you really flip them off?” And she said, “yes, she cussed me out.” I did no such thing. I am ordering food for my family. I don’t want to set a bad example. So she didn’t care her employee did this...
Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. Had a terrible experience at the drive thru. Made an order with 5 sandwiches and the employee (which I later found out to be the MANAGER) made rude comments about the amount of food being ordered under her breath. I laughed it off to my partner in the car with me (I’ve worked in customer service and I usually give a lot of grace to employees because I know the struggle) and when I got to the window the manager came around the corner and slammed our drinks on the counter instead of giving them to her employee. She continued to make rude comments under her breath, including comments about us supposedly “hee hee and haw hawing at her drive thru”. I was simply laughing off what I thought was a joke because surely someone doesn’t catch an attitude for something so insignificant, right? You would think that someone managing a place that involves customer service would have a better attitude towards her own employees at the very least and especially towards customers. Upon looking at other reviews I’m not the only one who has had an issue with her. Sounds like she needs another job to me and that someone above her needs to take action. Feel awful for her employees that have to...
