DONT STOP HERE. Where do I start. We visited this Arby's on Saturday May 5th 2018 at 12:45Pm we were traveling north on I75. We didn't what the normal fast food so we searched the nearest Arby's right off the interstate. This was the winner!! We now wished we would have went anywhere other than this store. We order 4 sandwiches and 2 fries and a kid’s meal with two bottles of water and 2 soft drinks. Well after 10 min we find out there is no bottled water in the store. Ok a cup of water is fine we need a refund for the water we paid for. After 19 min we get our food, my husband was still at the counter waiting on the refund. When he asks if we could get the refund? The manager from the back yelled she would get it to us when they slowed down. My husband said I didn't know we have been waiting for 20 min. We all get to the table and are sitting there eating. Food was cold and beef was so dry we covered it in 3 packs of sauce, fries was cold to the point my 19-month-old wouldn't eat them. As we are trying to eat our food the Lady from the back slams money on the table for one water. She said here you go with an attitude and mumbled something under her breath as she walked away. My husband said "Excuses me, will you lose the Attitude?" She turns around rolls her eyes and said I don't have an attitude. Then turns around and walks away. We agreed that ones we were done eating we would go get the other return. After cleaning up the table we went to the counter and said "We still need a return on the other water." The lady from the back said "You will have to wait we are busy and I don't have time to do it now." At this point we have been nice and that didn't work... So, we yelled over the counter that we have already been here for over an hour and needed to go. We ask for the store manager and the district managers name and phone numbers. The on-duty manager then comes to the front and tried to explain that they are shorthanded and was busy. We understand being shorthanded and being busy but we were here before the customers at the window. At this point we didn't care about the $4.00 refund. It was the point you can’t treat customers like that. She had the lady working the register put her finger on the register and gave us a $1.80 without entering it in as a return. She did not give us the DM or Managers number. We Left. We are thankful that our local Arby's is better to the customers and respects us.

Read moreThis past weekend I was traveling back with a group from a tennis tournament from Tampa to Miami. We stopped at Arby's (Restaurant #6536) at almost 10pm when you would expect employees to be a little frustrated and ready to go home. My difficult group consisted of a vegetarian (myself), a vegan, one person allergic to cheese, and 1 person who eats everything. John (employee who took our order) was very receptive to all of our needs and quite humorous himself. After taking our orders and then checking on how everything came out, we proceeded to hang out with him and his co-worker Matt who shared some great Arby's stories about past customers with nightmare orders. One of which included a milkshake with spicy bacon and ranch in it, gross. These guys really enhanced what was supposed to be a quick stop for some food I wasn't particularly looking forward to (because I had never been to an Arby's and "We have the meat" doesn't really attract a vegetarian) into a fun experience where we even made a couple new friends. These employees are great to their customers and deserve a promotion and/or a raise.
This picture feature's my friends vegan sandwich. This cross section shows all the vegetables and potato-cake that was substituted for the typical meat in the sandwich. So innovative and consumer friendly.
Thanks...
