I have been ordering here for over 8 yrs. I don't what happened to this place unfortunately. I went in & ordered the shrimp & broccoli combo with pork fried rice. When I got home, I discovered my fried rice had no pork. I searched thru the rice & nothing. I called to let them know & the lady tried to lie to me, telling me they only put 5 or pieces of pork in it. I explained nicely to the lady there wasn't any & she basically lied saying that there was. It's ok if they forgot. We all mess up sometimes. I still would have become a loyal customer after 8 yrs. But she basically denied my claim, lied & also, there was no flavor to the rice nor the shrimp & broccoli. I was really disappointed. This place has changed suddenly. This place is HORRIBLE. I doordashed chicken lo mein, fried dumplings, honey chicken, sweet sour chicken & crab ragoons. First of all food has NO FLAVOR. Literally bland, the lo mein was soggy and the noodles tasted old. The fried dumplings we received were steamed and the pork had a weird taste, a majority of the honey and sweet sour chicken were just fried crisps with no chicken inside. And I wasn’t a fan of the crab ragoons either. I didn’t end up eating a myth of because I was so disappointed with the first bites. My bf ate some and at 3 am with diarrhea so we’re hoping he doesn’t have food poisoning… don’t waste your time...

We placed an order today and the woman confirmed the address as to where they were just to make sure we were calling the right location. I get a phone call less than 30 minutes later from the woman asking where am I because the food is ready. No greeting or explaining who she is, I told her that we were on our way and it’s Black Friday so there is traffic. Very rude. And the portions were maybe 20 percent lo mein and the rest was white rice. I was never served rice when we order lo mein. Won’t be...
