Asian Wok — Restaurant in Florida

While I was sitting waiting for my food I was checking out the reviews on this place just to see what everyone else was saying. It is amazing that it can differ so much but that is the whole point of this site. The young lady at the desk is always super friendly and it is nice that you can understand her. The only downfall is that she doesn't smile. I try to get her to smile every time I am there and it works from time to time. But otherwise she is great. I have been going there since around 2004/05 and never had any problems with the food. I always like mine extra spicy and I get what I want that is for sure! I always get The General Tso Chicken combo and my husband always gets the Sesame Chicken combo. Once in awhile we will throw in the Teriyaki on a stick or even Egg Drop Soup. Nothing ever tastes bland. The food is always hot and always done well. Sometimes I like going in and sitting to wait on my food because I am interested in how they cook everything. You can see them while they are cooking which is nice. So I know, because I can see, that they are not using "old" food or "reused" food. The food is good, customer service is awful. I’ve ordered many different ways. Almost every time the order is wrong. I had missing items from a GrubHub order. When the young lady answered the phone I relayed what had happened & she says to another “there’s a lady on the phone complaining she didn’t get her food.” The owner operator (lady) whom took my call is dishonest. It doesn't matter what app you use to order, they almost always neglect a portion of the order. Then blame the delivery company. Then blame the customer as well. NEVER their fault. This time she said they ONLY use door dash. That’s simply untrue & she vehemently denied that they fulfill for GrubHub. I related that every delivery service provides for them. I only used GrubHub because they’re they only app that has MooShu in their menu options. The food is good, but their customer service is awful. The only way you will get a correct order is if you stand over them and watch everything they do. Looking for a new restaurant....

If people are calling this the best Chinese food in Viera, then I highly recommend never eating Chinese food in Viera.

The egg rolls tasted like freezer burn, the Beef with Oyster Sauce and the Roast Pork with Vegetables had the exact same sauce, which tasted primarily like soy sauce.

The fried rice was plain fried rice with no vegetables, beef/pork/chicken, or egg in it.

Overall, I've eaten quite a bit of Chinese food throughout my life and this truly makes my list of the WORST places I've ever eaten Chinese food from. I guess I should have expected this when I walked in to pick up my order and an amazing smell of great Chinese food DIDN'T hit my face.

I almost forgot to mention that the containers of food were only about 75% full. That's like ordering a large pizza and they short you a quarter of it but charge full price.

Giving 2 stars for at least getting my order right.

Next time I will drive all the way to Bayside Lakes in southern Palm Bay for some real Chinese...
