What a joke this place is. I ordered food on the app at 5:45 to be picked up at 6:30. We get there at 6:25, no one greeted us for 6 minutes. The guy doing drive thru finally said how can I help you and then couldn't find our order #65. Yet had 68,72,74,75. He asked me if I ordered from right store. So I show him the order which shows the order number and their address. I asked if he could please pull my order that should've been ready by 6:30. He then gets the manager who comes from back where he was making food with no hairnet or gloves. He walks up and looks in computer and says yeah we don't have the order, did you order from right store. So I then show him the same thing I showed other guy. He said yeah we don't have it. It's now 6:38 no food. So I ask the "manager" if he could pull it off my order that clearly shows i paid for it and it was his store. He said you can refund it on the app we don't got it. I said I don't want to refund it i just want my food I ordered and paid for. He then starts raising his voice at me telling me I can just go cause we're not doing that we don't have your order. I then in turn raised my voice saying why are you yelling at me and screaming I can leave when I haven't yelled at you or been disrespectful in any kind of way. He then says I came at him, I said absolutely not. As he continues to yell at me the drive thru guy says hey we have the order now. The manager then decides to say ok ok I'm gonna let that slide. So I said let what slide you yelled at me. He said nah man you started demanding me to make your order, your not my dad. I'll go ahead and get the order together. So the cook in the back starts making our food. I of course am watching him out of concern that they will do something to the food. I then see the manager go back there with no hairnet or gloves and stares me down saying don't worry I got your food as the cook just starts laughing and saying oh you going to help. Then the lady that was on break starts grabbing everyone's food without washing her hands and then the drive thru guy comes and tells another guy they don't have medium cups so well have to do large. Then I hear the "manager" yell and tell the guy up there we don't have brisket so it'll be a regular whopper. He truly needs to get training on the word manage in the word manager. How do you not have brisket during the promo. I then asked the lady to please refund my order. She then turns around saying if it's a app order you have to cancel on app knowing dam well there's no way to do so. She then ignores me as she's putting her dirty hands all over our food. She then slams are bag on the counter and says order for Seth, oh now you don't want it. I said yeah that was already expressed but you didn't care to ask what order. They still didn't have our drinks or deserts ready. So I reach out to customer support which is a joke. After going through automated system a couple times I asked for someone to call me. I then get a message saying someone will reach out in 24-48 hours. At this point we left with no food and had to run to McDonald's to get food for my son who was taking his break from work at 7 hence the 630 pick up. Guess what McDonald's had food ready...
Read moreA very hit or miss place, but sadly, usually the latter. The majority of the time, the wait takes forever (even when it's virtually empty). A lot of times when I go in to order, there's usually no one around or working the counter. Even when there is, they'll go through all the drive thru people first before taking my order. I can usually hear the employees talking inappropriately and complaining about people and orders. Majority of the time, they get my order wrong either by giving me someone else's food or not preparing mine correctly; or out of products. Luckily I'm not a picky eater or have an allergies. Half the time, the products taste like it's been sitting around for hours. The interior is also very neglected with things always dirty, falling apart, and broken (and gradually getting worse even before the pandemic).
And this isn't to say that it applies to all employees, since there are a rare few who are exceptional. They seem to have a hard time keeping good ones around for one reason or another.
So why do I keep going back there? Cheap and convenient. Saw this place was open again. Sat at drive thru last night for 10 mins only to have no one ever respond to take my order with 2 other cars behind me.... ended up just leaving. I'd lower this to zero if I could. Newer crew of people so a little slow but at least there were people taking orders and working. Hoping this trend keeps going in the right direction 8/1/21: Back to zero. Sunday at noon and about 8-10 cars in the drive through, doors were locked; come to find out from people in the drive through, no one was actually working/taking orders even though there were clearly people inside. At least be courteous like other BK's and put up a sign when employees walk out so people don't just sit there...
Read moreThe place wasn't busy, but the workers appeared stressed and subpar. I ordered 1 sandwich, a whopper with cheese which cost me an extra $ for the cheese. When the item became available, I witnessed the counter worker check the bag sticker several times. There were 2 similar sandwiches up, so it made sense, however, she chose the sandwich without cheese in fulfilling my order. After leaving, discovering my sandwich had no cheese, I checked both the sticker on the bag and the one on the sandwich. The bag label was correct. One whopper with cheese, but the label on the sandwich was for a whopper (no cheese). Of course I didn't check the labels while I was there since I was in a hurry. So, I left with the wrong sandwich which I paid extra for the cheese out of curiosity. I really don't understand the confusion because the proper labels identified that the counter person put the wrong sandwich in my bag. I applaud Burger King for making it easy for their help in choosing the correct item; unfortunately it was confusing for the worker and I ended up at her mercy for making an incorrect decision regarding her decision. I don't get it! I was traveling and couldn't go back to retrieve my money and present the proof I had that the wrong item was placed in my take-out bag. I eat at Burger King rarely, but this is not my first time experiencing problems. The manager was working hard to run a smooth operation, but certainly didn't have time to check every order to make sure his staff was on the ball. I'm done. Fast food is a great concept if you get what you pay for, but the workers don't seem to take pride...
