Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Went yesterday for a Philly cheesesteak, first off the cook stopped what he was doing to make him a cup of coffee so my mother and I waited for about 15 minutes for our food…mind you no one else was there. Then once I got my food it had 2 long pieces of hair in my food, so I proceeded to go back to have another cheesesteak made & now here I am with horrible food poisoning feeling like I’m literally going to die…don’t come here they suck so bad and it’s sucks because I love Charley’s. I came here after I was done shopping at Walmart and I don't necessarily like my choice. I got the 4 boneless chicken and fries kids meal. I also got the steak kids meal. Even before I ate they charged me 60¢ for the ranch and put no sauce before it. It took 30 minutes to get all of our food and they made it wrong twice. They chicken was really dry but the fries were okay. The cheesesteak was pretty good and the fries were fresh which is the reason this deserves a two stars. I would definitely not come here again only if I really need to...

Picked up two chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwiches yesterday and the chicken was dried out. It wasn't fresh but was either left over from another day or sat all day. It was hard, stringy and difficult to chew. Tried to call, the number was a 772 area code. Won't be returning. Mgr. contacted me to come in and she would make it right.
