1st review: They had no pretzels ready to sell. I mean nothing. Unbelievable! They said it would be a wait because they had to make some. 2nd review: tried again, 3 months later: still could not get even a regular salted pretzel. They had none to sell & was told they have to make some. There were many other times I was going to stop after checking out at Walmart but the employees always look confused & the line was too long. 3rd review: Gave me a burnt pretzel, did not scan my points account properly so did not get my points. Contacted corporate & never received a response. 4th review: burnt, hard, dry nuggets. Could not communicate properly with employee, as she could hardly speak English, did not scan my points account properly so did not receive my point again. I rarely see a line there anymore. Very dirty. The equipment are nasty. Looks like they’ve never been washed. The owners are super rude to the customers including myself. A lot of the times the servings aren’t equal. There would be times where there is too much salt or the pretzels would become hard and not enjoyable. The floors are disgusting and some of the workers don’t even speak english so it’s hard to understand what they are attempting to say. A worker at Walmart and I were having a conversation and said they don’t allow breaks to anyone. There is this one indian manger who is completely rude! He wants things his way. The Staff Was nice And the customer service was professional and fast . The food I got was quick and good . If you want a quick snack, then this place is perfect but I would not sit in. First of all the floor was not clean , second there was not a lot of places to sit down . I was lucky lol I got a seat. The food was good and hot but I probably will only grab my food to go next time . I tell everyone to just get your food to go . There is good and bad for being in a Walmart .
