KFC — Restaurant in Florida

I went to get dinner for my family and when I got to the window the cashier name ash charged me then told me to pull up at the door that the food will be right out. I waited 20 min at the door, then I pulled back up to the window and I see the manager on her phone not once she acknowledged me. She finally came to the window 5 min later with the food. The Food was cold I try getting the managers attention and she ignored me. Ash finally came to the window. I explained to her the food was cold so she took the food and threw it in the fryer then brought it back to me and closed the window. The Food was greasy. I try calling ash back by honking, nothing. I knocked on the window several times while the manager was there. The manager walked away. I went inside and I called the manager she hid behind the line as I watched her hide. I called her once again. She finally came around. I told her I wanted to return the food because of the condition of it. She laughed at me. I asked her for her name and she gave me the other cashier's name. Not once I received an apology or anything. She laughed at me the entire time. I waited over 40 minutes for nothing. That is very unprofessional. This is a horrible place. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. She should not manage any...

99% of the time I do drive through, so that is what my review is based on. At least half of the time I get the $5 Fill-up, they forget the chocolate chip cookie and I don't notice until I get home. A couple of times they have forgotten the apple sauce pouch or the Capri Sun drink for the kids meal. The actual food, for me, has always tasted great and I have not had any issues with the food itself. The drinks on the other hand are terrible most of the time. The tea is usually bad, probably because of age and the sodas are almost always bad. Not sure if the soda problem is because of bad syrup or what, but they taste bad. Again, the food itself is great. The chicken fingers, chicken nuggets, potato wedges, mashed potatoes, mac n'cheese, and biscuits all taste great.

Edit - 3/6/2016: Just gave this KFC a try again. My Mountain Dew tastes like Sprite, there were practically no potato wedges for both my meal and my wife's meal. I asked for mac 'n' cheese for my daughters side item and she got potato wedges instead. At least we got our cookies this time.

Edit - 7/16/16: And gave them another shot. Food order was all correct, they didnt forget the cookie. But the drinks are still somehow terrible and not at all tasting like what...

I do ubereats with my fiancé and every time we come to this location, it is either A. closed or B. there is no food. 1. You guys close way to early and 2. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN? I'M VERY CONFUSED BECAUSE YOU ARE A CHICKEN PLACE. IT SAYS IT IN THE NAME "KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN." YOUR MAIN COMPONENT IS CHICKEN!!!! I am losing money now because you guys can't order properly. Fix you establishment. You should be ashamed and disappointed. WORST KFC EVER.

UPDATE: I am writing another review again for this establishment because I am disappointed. You told me to give this store another chance and I did give it a second chance and I feel like I'm being lied and manipulated to. Your company is still falling short on expectations. I do not like to be lied to and manipulated. Your key component is chicken. Me and my wife do uber eats to make some extra income and you guys are affecting me financially. I am losing out on money because you do not have the key component which is fried chicken for my customers.
