I've been to this location 3 times with my family. The pizza options are a delight to have, and that's why you'd choose this establishment over a regular pizza place. Everyone in your party can choose a pizza (Build your own option) based upon their dietary needs or, simply, their likes. Options seem fresh, and serving areas appeared clean. Prices are competitively priced; worth it. Tables have always been clean the 3 times I've been. The service you get is based upon the night. I was impressed the first time. I got to look at the toppings and choose without feeling rushed. (For a new customer, not familiar with the process or options, this could be overwhelming on a busy visit). The food was delivered to our table quickly. Beverage machines were clean and drink options were full. The next 2 times I visited, it was chaos. I was rushed through the line when asking about the gluten-free bread option and finishing glazes. Also, the register person was annoyed when I inquired about a cold red wine - asking for them to look in the back to see if there were any (there was only the cold white wine in the cooler area near the register). They seemed interested in their conversation with the person working the oven area. I asked for a smore after seeing it advertised - and to have it heated afterward, which also annoyed the person. It's AT the register so you won't know you want it for the first time until you actually get to the register to pay - but then want to read what it is and obviously have to add it on to your order!!! I'm going to give the location another try, as it is across the street from a popular college, so I'm assuming college students are working at their first job and learning customer service skills. Perhaps I'll choose to visit mid week and see if that changes the annoyed/impatient worker attitude.

This location is right across from UCF and near my husband's work, so it's very convenient to go there. The atmosphere is great. You notice it's upbeat and clean right away as you enter. The employees are friendly and help you through the ordering process, and if you ask for an item (then want a little more of it), they happily oblige your request! The manager (I can't remember his name) often comes out and greets customers. He even brought my daughter some stickers. He's super friendly! The pizza is cooked quickly in an awesome brick fire oven you can see right inside. My daughter (and myself) loves to watch as they put our pizza in, and we can see it cooking! I attached a picture of my order, I get alfredo sauce with a pesto drizzle, mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, mushroom, and tomato. And it's soOoOo good! If I'm reallllly hungry, I can eat the whole personal pizza, but if I'm not and need to take it home, they have boxes you can take your food home in. They also offer salads and other things on the menu that look delicious! I highly recommend this location if you want to have great fresh pizza for a budget friendly price.

I recently went to the Blaze Pizza in winter park. I ordered a gluten free pizza with no sauce and vegan cheese + veggie toppings. I came to this Blaze Pizza on Alafaya and ordered the same exact thing. In winter park it was phenomenal and had me right back at Blaze within a week. However, after coming to this Blaze, I'm not sure that I will eat here ever again. I gave 3 stars because I'm sure other people without food allergies or special needs do enjoy it. My pizza was gross and burnt to a crisp. Why? Because the staff lacks experience. First off, if someone gets spinach on their pizza you're supposed to put cheese over it to prevent burnt foliage pizza. Second if someone isn't getting sauce the pizza should be put in for less time (common sense). Third if someone isn't getting sauce you really shouldnt skimp on cheese because it will be VERY DRY. Here's part of my pizza that was so burnt and dry it crumbled to pieces and some of my burnt foliage on the side.

This was our second time at this location 07-12-25 the man "I think" Sean taking the order kept repeating like he didn't understand anything and did the same thing on the phone 🤯 he was not friendly or polite at all he seemed more concerned about his press on nails - Then you STAND and move down the line and one of the food preparers had touched his face twice while making the pizzas 🥵 image the bacteria on his hands no telling where they have been 🤢 One of the items we ordered was a SIDE salad not a ENTREE salad which is a $3. dollar difference however the salad was about halfway full - I called today 07-13 initially spoke with Mia that was very nice she said we can REMAKE it for you or REFUND you if you want to come back this week - I said not sure when I will be back and then I asked for a coupon - she put me on hold several times and I could also hear her speaking with a man then the man Hadim got on the phone he said the difference is $3. so now what Hadim ORIGINALLY OFFERED he decided to TAKE BACK... wow very unprofessional & disrespectful ! I then received a call from him about 5 minutes later telling me that he looked on his VIDEO and he knows that I received a ENTREE SALAD NOT A SIDE SALAD - what a crock of BS !! However we ORDERED a SIDE SALAD but charged for a ENTREE SALAD and it was half-way full ! Hadim didn't care if we were made whole and just felt arguing with me and being rude was appropriate !!!!!! Very sad that Hadim has no management skills or professionalism !! Plus we gave a very generous tip that actually should NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN SINCE YOU SERVE YOURSELF AND HAVE TO STAND !The owner should be more concerned about training the staff about CLEANNESS and do NOT TOUCH THEIR FACE and don't worry about their PRESS ON NAILS !! Try the philosophy of be kind and polite to others you reap what you sow 🙏 If you are looking for great pizza Mellow Mushroom is superior and great music and atmosphere !!!!! ⭐️ 08-09-25 In response to "the owner" you ask me to contact you so you can address my concerns.... I posted this review to help others so they are not treated disrespectful or get sick from eating contaminated food as far as for me my concerns are gone I do not give ignorant loosers my time or...

Was a frequent customer and last month, was treated with so much disrespect by one of their “managers”. Came in, admittedly, close to close and ordered a byo and when i got it the dough felt raw. Went to ask about it and asked if I was making a mistake because it looked and felt raw and was distinctly lighter than other pizzas I’ve gotten, or for something to get remade or something to redeem a new pizza later because it was RAW and he proceeded to say “yall do this a lot” and motioned to my boyfriend and i and refused to remake the pizza and told me that i could box it up the pizza but they’re not remaking it. I just asked him what he means by “we do this an lot” and he refused to tell me and couldn’t even name a single time and we were frequent customers. Asked multiple times and he couldn’t name a single time and when we told him that yes we have gotten our orders remade in the past or coupons for drinks it was because they’ve messed up our orders numerous times. (Gave me someone else’s order, put drizzle on my pizza instead of the side which was important because I never finish my pizzas so it makes it nasty to reheat later, etc) and then he just turned those instances into ammunition against us and said “that’s three times too much” and tried to make it our faults and just attempted to throw free drinks at us. With the raw pizza I only had a slice and it still felt like it messed up my stomach and I still had to go reheat it at home just to enjoy it and still ended up just throwing it away. Not impressed with this interaction that could’ve gone a dozen different ways that weren’t being rude and dismissive to someone who wasn’t even being rude and was genuinely confused. Called the next day and asked to speak to the general manager due to the immense disrespect we were given last night and a lady told us she would tell him and he would get back to us in a couple days and never did. Pretty sure the “manager’s” name was Cole but...

I just had an experience that left me surprised and embarrassed as someone with a gluten allergy. I opted to build my own pizza and, due to my dietary restrictions, was offered ingredients from the back to avoid cross-contamination. Lee, one of the employees, was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and understanding about my request. Unfortunately, the experience took an appalling turn when Daniel started working on my toppings.

Daniel’s behavior was shocking and unprofessional. He cursed under his breath about having to grab items from the back, slammed cabinet doors, and made it clear through his body language—eye-rolling and side-eying—that he was frustrated with me. When adding spinach, he gave me a laughable six pieces and seemed so irritated. This behavior was witnessed by another employee, Santi, who uncomfortably laughed it off, trying to lighten the tension.

I felt humiliated and reluctant to ask for my final topping, ultimately apologizing for my allergy—something I should never have had to do. Santi’s kindness and smile were appreciated, as was Lee’s initial help, but the entire situation was overshadowed by Daniel’s disgusting attitude.

I understand that Blaze can get busy, and stress levels are high, but cursing at a customer and making them feel bad for having an allergy is unacceptable. I didn’t want to cause a scene by calling for a manager, but I plan to address this with one during my next visit. I love this blaze and the pizza. Food is great and I don’t ever have problems with taste. But I am just sad my little sister witnessed this and I had to go through that.

Thank you to Lee and Santi for handling the situation with professionalism and kindness. As for Daniel, I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure that no one else feels the way I did. Blaze Pizza should be a welcoming place for all customers, including those with dietary...
