My husband and I went to Taco Bell last night, ordered at 10:33pm and didn’t get our Dorito Taco until 11:37pm. I approached the lady at the counter and asked her if she could just give him the Dorito Taco since his been waiting for an hour already and the lady said “I’ll need to see his bank statements proving that he ordered” (mind you she didn’t give him his receipt and it was her to took his order an hour ago) I was really trying to calm down but seriously... you took his order what do you mean? Check the cameras or find his order by his name but it isn’t necessary to look at his personal information. He proceeds on to showing her the statement, she then said “ok, he has to wait until everyone in the lobby gets helped.” Whattt..? Everyone in that lobby came wayyyy after him what do you mean? I told her that’s not fair I needed to see the manager.. manager approaches us and after we told her everything and that we’ve been waiting for an hour already the manager said “you’ll have to wait until they get helped first” I told her that we’ve been waiting before anyone in that lobby for an hour already that they came after us and they just weren’t cooperating with us.. instead the manager wanted to give us a refund and for us to leave, I kept telling her we just want our Dorito taco which we’ve been waiting on for 1 hour now.. she insisted on giving us a refund until she realized that she was wrong and gave us our Dorito Taco.. No apologies or anything.. We were racially profiled and it’s very uncomfortable the way we were treated. Something needs to be done, it is not okay to treat ANYONE the way we...
Read moreOnly leaving a 1 star so I am able to leave a review. When we first walked in, it seemed to be a nice environment. We ordered our food, placed it for dine in. We sat down and waited for our name to be called. It took a minute but we thought it was due to them being a little busy on a Saturday night. But we watched them slowly make the orders while chit chatting. The couple before us received their food. So we had our son stand at the counter and listen for our name. In the meantime, a worker came and took his chair. We informed him that we were using it and he ignored us. We received our order, but not our cups. I went up to the counter and said excuse me multiple times, to it being ignored as well. I then said excuse me louder. The lady asked me what my problem was, not what i needed. I informed her that we needed our cups. She then ignored my request for cups and stood there mocking me. I informed her at that point, that she may be the reason for so many negative reviews. I went to another worker who gave me our drinks. Then we sat down to eat just to be told we had to pack up that the lobby was closed. Mined you the door says opened till 4am. Nothing about what time the lobby closed. We told them that we ordered a while ago and sitting to eat our food because it was dine in. They then told the security that we were not leaving. I informed her nicely that they have been rude and ignoring us this whole time. That we are sitting and eating. She said okay and left the restaurant. Then the young lady behind the counter rudely told us that we had to leave and was confrontational. We...

It's in the middle of a strip mall underneath a huge building of student apartments. Good location. The inside is moderny and divey and it's got a neat feel to it. Definitely different from traditional Bells.
So there's booze. But the food isn't all that different. Pretty much the same. Well, there are three different options for Taco Bell tapas for the table to split, but they're lame things like cheese and jalapeno burritos and cheese quesadillas cut in half and called nachos. Not very impressive.
I will say that I really liked the open kitchen. We could watch our orders get made from start to finish. A nice touch. I also like the TV's. There are only two of them, so it's not very functional and wouldn't be useful on game day, but it's still an interesting touch.
Overall, it's not bad. If you want booze, come here. If you don't, there's another Bell about 3 miles...
