WORST SERVICE EVER! This was my 1st and last time coming to this location. It all started right from the get go. After we were seated, it took at least 15 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. We placed our order, and waited almost an hour for our food. Lets not forget, they didn't know what the cornmeal mush is, they had no rolls, and no banana bread. While we waited there was no check-ins at all from our waitress to see if there was anything we needed while we had this wait (they were not busy AT ALL.) Once our food finally came out, part of our order was missing. She put all our plates on the table... And walked away. She didn't ask if we needed anything, didn't ask if it all looked correct... Nothing. Bacon was burnt, loaded fries were not loaded... Supposed to have sour cream and onions with the cheese and bacon, but she told me no... Then miraculously brought the extra stuff after the fact. After about 10 minutes I yelled at sher to come to our table. Let her know part of our food was missing, we needed ketchup for fries, and 3 of our cups were empty and refills would be great. A bit later she brought the ketchup and drinks, but the hash browns didn't come out until AFTER we were done eating. This waitress said her name was Brandy (although I couldn't read it to verify.) People at the table beside us was so upset they walked out and went next door to Chilis. Kind of wish we would have done that. No manager around to speak to, and certainly no apologies from anyone. Went for breakfast food about 11am or so. Parking was good. Everything that we saw was clean and in good condition. We walked in and waited about 1 minute to be seated so thats good. We asked for a booth and she said ok hold on. She went somewhere amd then another lady came up and asked us same thing. We said that other lady going to find us a booth. She left and talked to a 3rd lady and then came back. She said follow me. We followed her to a table, we said we asked for a booth please, she said oh, ok, well here and sat us at some ooen booth. Thats ok but confusion with the ladies seating people. So we sat and service wasnt great but juat wasnt that good. A 4th girl was our server and she just wasnt that great. Other table near or booth had similair issues with her as well from what we over heard. The food was great as always and thats the main reason we came today so thats a plus. At the end we paid at the register and this girl also just was ok but not that great. Maybe they are all new workers and trying nest they can so who knows? We feel the issue here is these people working dont want to really work so maybe they figure if fired can get the free hand outs that half the losers in society are taking advantage of right now. I dont know? We ended up coming here because our usual place doesnt have enough staff to be fully open. Cant find workers to work either. Atleast we dont have any mean tweets...

Worst visit ever, I actually told 3 employees how dissatisfied we were and they all just looked like they couldn't care less. The a/c was out and they were seating people towards the back bc it was cooler there, it was still early morning so not uncomfortable for us, however our waitress Sharon was feeling the heat and sharing it. We waited about 15 minutes for her to come get our drink order, when she brought it she set my coffee down across the table and pushed it to evidently slide it across the table only causing it to spill and then dropped napkins on table and said "to clean up the mess", she was very impatient with our table of 4, when she brought the food she held it out for us to take it from her, not even attempting to put on table, we didn't get all our food at the same time and when we flagged her down to let her know we were still waiting on it she went to kitchen brought it right out and said where do you want me to put it, it was cold at that point. When she brought the check she picked up a plate from in front of my daughter and dropped the silverware from it into her lap, no apology even. There was a table down from us that were people she evidently knows, as she spent a lot of time sitting with them showing pictures and did not appreciate is...
