I’m in my review because I am forced to my experience thus far has been just terrible and atrocious . The only reason I left a good review in the beginning was because they basically wouldn’t give me my phone back with a protective cover on it without without me doing it right in front of them so they can get a five star review then when I complain about the inferior product, they gave me. the manager had me come back and offered me a apple approved screen for another $200 . I already paid $150 to get the phone fixed and I was upset that they never offered me the choice of an apple approved one and my Face ID didn’t and hasn’t worked ever since.. added with the fact that they basically made me do a five star review right down spot but you know I try to be a good guy. I think I tried to so we settled on 150 additionally the 150 already paid for him to replace the screen they just installed but broke the first time it was dropped. .. so both my back and front screen replacement supposedly Apple approve but then two weeks later my phone front screen had cracked, the glue is bleeding through the bottom corner where I can barely even see my microphone now and my back screen is basically a mess approve now I don’t think so. I had my phone from four years and never had that issue with it issue, but it was more because it said outside for three days in the rain, this screen is terrible. My camera doesn’t seem to work very well. My phone decides when it wants to ring and when it doesn’t, it’s just a mess and when I reached out online to try to contact the manager, I left them multiple messages and I’ve never once got a call back this and I will be contacting the corporate because I believe they are a franchise. I’ll also be contracting Apple to let them determine if the product they installed on my phone is an Apple app approved and that they are representing that it is far as I’m concerned now nothing but a bunch of cracks. If you look at my other feedback on google , I’m sure you can see that I try to give everyone the chance to make things right before I leave poor feedback but people need to know ..! I usually don’t leave reviews, but this phone repair shop truly deserves the recognition. I brought my phone in for a new screen and a new battery. At first, I left a 5 star review because I thought moe (the store owner) was helping me out but after I got home I notice my phone screen was acting up and my battery was dying faster than before.

I brought my phone back to have moe look at it again and I told him that my phone battery was still dying and my phone was telling me my screen and battery was not an apple product. He then said I need to leave my phone over night, which I thought was very odd and I told him that I couldn’t, then he said he’d have it fixed in a couple of hours. He proceeded to tell me that the iPhone message was normal, but when I called Apple, they told me that it’s not normal. After I picked my phone up the second time and he said it was fixed the screen continued to not work properly and the battery continues to die extremely fast.

Now being extremely frustrated I went and asked for a refund so i could take my phone to get fixed somewhere else because I wasn’t happy with the service provided. I was told this was not possible. I would...
