Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I went in for my usual Cesar chicken salad and usually I go to the Cortez location ( South Brooksville) and when ordering my salad it never gives the grill chicken option always breaded. My husband kindly asked the deli associate to substitute the fried for grill like we always do and asked if it could be put on the side so it doesn’t spoil the lettuce. I ordered extra chicken, so when we picked up our order I asked him if this was correct seeing I’ve never gotten my extra chicken order in an small container. He reassured me it was correct and that all my cheeses were in the bag even though I was looking at them and they weren’t. I could tell he was frustrated and instead of making a scene we took what he gave us and left. I understand that it was busy and maybe he didn’t wanna keep hearing my husband repeat himself over and over to make sure he had gotten my order right for me but if I pay for something or want my salad made a certain way even when marking it as a specialty order it should be done correct even if you’re not feeling your job at the moment. You never play with peoples food, I honestly didn’t even wanna eat my salad anymore. We received two small dipping containers of salad dressing with both being extra dressing on the side and both containers alone couldn’t dress it. I’ve never had a experience like I had tonight and the location I go to is always slammed. It makes me mad he lied even after I asked him repeatedly hoping he’ll fix it and not be petty because my order to him was to much. I have written a few bad reviews, but this one takes home the trophy for the #1 WORST on accuracy, price, and quality. I was so excited to see all the options on the Wawa app that I almost went overboard and bought on a ton of stuff, but luckily I only took a chance on ONE item: a customized sandwich.

Sounds simple enough, right? I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, spinach. It was $4.49. All I got was the turkey and cheese. THAT WAS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was extremely small so I dont think the size was right either. But there were ZERO toppings on it. (see pic)

Then to top it off, the quality of the cheese and meat was WORSE than what I would have gotten at walmart. At least at walmart I would have gotten some toppings, a decent tasting sandwich, and a BIG sandwich for the price. The one from Wawa was pretty much completely tasteless.

I double checked my order to make sure I did put all those toppings on there, and I did. How any human being could make a sandwich SO WRONG is beyond my comprehension.

I just got this delivered to me this is absolutely disgusting idk who you have working there but first of all make sure they read the order correctly and second off half my bread is missing....theres no cheese no avocado...and I paid extra for that also and I haven't even ate it I only unwrapped it like this...I have NEVER had a problem until now to whoever did this I am so sorry that I inconvenienced the employee at this early time but for you to completely make this and be proud of it it's disgusting It truly shows how you work and I have to say your work ethics are not satisfying at all......I didn't pay $10 for a pressed sandwhich I paid for a hoagie and I definitely didn't pay $10 for it to look like someone stomped on it because they were mad they had to make it......point is the quality of it was disgusting and someone drenched it in red wine vinegar..this is a really bad experience and I hope you can correct this....no one don't need this...
