THE FOOD, THE SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE IS THE WHOLE PACKAGE HERE! I haven’t been to bonefish in about 10 yrs. What a change have they done! Back in the days the food was really bland that it was like boiled food and no seasoning. But this time OMG, everything was delicious and the variety is amazing! The chocolate crème brûlée and the espresso ended our meal with a gold seal! The only negative thing I have to point out is the guy at the front, his attitude was horrible. We were a party of 8. And when we got there we told him that we made a reservation on the app for 6 and then 2 more family members came along. He told us that they didn’t have a table ready for that many people that we had to wait because the server for a table that size was busy(literally) the way he communicated it. We told him we didn’t mind. And about 5 mins later we get a notification that our table is ready. Then we get to the table and he tells us that we need to move to a better table. Which was fine, but the way he speaks is not the nice tone to use or better words. Because he should be welcoming people not kicking them out or making a simple thing look so complicated. We saw him talking to another never of the team the same way too. Needs a little polish in his attitude. Besides that, everything was perfect. Our server was very nice and attentive. And even gave us free espresso since our bill was almost $500. Very nice lady! I didn’t get her name or the hostess but we went 2/17 at around 7p. Please give kudos to the servers that night. They all look like they loved their job.

There are two “filets” on the menu one with chimichurri and fries and one with a horseradish sauce and mashed potatoes. The chimichurri “filet” is priced at `$27, while the other is priced at `$33. I ordered the chimichurri filet, which comes out sliced, was why over cooked from medium. I sent it back, much later they returned with a rare steak which was supposed to be medium. So twice not cooked correctly. But more importantly the “filet” was actually a flat iron steak advertised as a filet. A filet is a cylindrical cut. The steak they sold me was a flat cut and a flat iron steak. False advertising. What made is even worse despite the lacking service was the fact that the restaurant manager refused to come out and address the issues. Although to be fair they did comp the entire meal. So from my perspective; poor service, false menu advertising and grill cooks that don’t know how to cook a steak. Steve

I was disappointed tonight. First, the menu seems smaller again, and they got rid of some of favorites including the coconut shrimp and the spinach side dish. The portion sizes seemed small for the prices too but at least it tasted good. My biggest complaint was when our food came out my drink was half full. The waitress brought a refill for my spouse but not me. About 5 minutes into eating I finished my drink too. Then I had to wait for her to come back around and flag her down to ask for a refill. It was another 10 minutes later, I had finished my meal and remained thirsty, still no drink. I see the waitress taking care of other guests. Come on man, drinks should never be empty for this long of a time. I got my refill finally by a different waitress about the time when the check came. Disappointed tonight.

Last night I had the pleasure to dine at the Bonefish Grill in Spring Hill for my sister's bridal shower and was beyond amazed at the amount of hard work and hospitality that was put forth by the staff! Saying it was a pleasure is an absolute understatement!! As the host of the party, my stress level was high to ensure everything went to plan. From the Bonefish hostess to the management team, everyone was so professional and accomadating and put my stress level to ease.

I came in early in the day to gather an idea of where we would be sitting and to iron out some last minute requests (champagne, decorations, etc.) and the first positive experience was the hostess and Mackenzie. Mackenzie took the time to show me seating options for my group of 15 and suggested the patio for more privacy and that was the best suggestion!!! Not only did the patio look wonderful, the Bonefish team took the time to decorate the patio with the decorations dropped off but added their our personal touch and made the table set up look beautiful; even having a bouquet of gorgeous flowers from the Bonefish crew to my sister.

When I walked in, I was in tears. The patio was set so perfect! But it didn't stop there. Carly was our server and was so charismatic and attentive. I have never witnessed the level of personalization and professionalism that Carly displayed. She never appeared stressed or weeded, our drinks were constantly refilled, and the expo of our food was spot on!

Jessica, another manager, came out on multiple occasions to ensure everything was going well and I raved at how impressed I was to anyone who would listen. She was so humble as a manager and carried on a conversation with myself and my guests! The evening was executed perfectly!!

I wanted it to be known that this Bonefish Grill has a phonemonial staff and the quaility of the communication and teamwork was so well displayed on Saturday night! Carly, Mackenzie and Jessica made this an evening to remember and I can't show enough appreciation and gratitude for the effort these ladies put in last night!  Thank you!!

My wife and I dine out very often. Most often on Friday evening. Friday, July 15th was our 2nd visit to this particular Bonefish Grill. The first visit wasn't that great so we decided to give it another try. We placed a reservation through Google and was confirmed for 7:00pm. When we arrived the hostess notified us that they had my reservation, but 7pm was not available and it would be a wait (approximately 15 minutes). I asked how would I be notified because I was going to wait out front. The hostess responded that they would text me when our table was ready. 30 minutes past and I haven't received a text. I go inside and see that no one is waiting to be seated (even the parties that arrived after me). The hostess stated that they did text me. No text on my phone...REALLY??? We were seated near the front window in a booth. I mention this because of our first visit. The dining room setup has a bunch of crowded tables in the middle and all booths boarding the outer part of the dining area. On our first visit to this location we had a party of 4 and requested a booth. We were told that that the booths were reserved for special request reservations and the tables in the middle were the only ones available for a normal reservation...REALLY??? We didn't request a booth on the 2nd visit...hmmm. Back to this visit. I ordered the Sirloin & Shrimp with Jasmin Rice and Seasonal Vegetables as my sides. My wife ordered the Parmesan-Crusted Rainbow Trout with Jasmin Rice and Creamed Spinach as her sides. My food was fine. My wife's trout was very bland. The menu said it would be cooked with fresh basil and lemon butter. My wife never picks up the salt but in this case she did. Rating: I give the restaurant, the hostess and management a negative 3 stars. Our server (Alice) was great. We loved her energy and knowledge of the menu. Was very attentive and entertaining providing great suggestions with drinks and food. She gets a 5 star rating, which brought the overall rating to 2 stars. Not sure what the issue was last night because service was completely horrible, we arrived and were seated right away. Then waited 20 mins before a server from and other sections notice we hadn’t been taken care of yet and they want to find someone to take care of us. Another 15 mins passed and manager came to table to take our drink orders and place any apps. 5 mins later our server arrived and apologized for the wait. I completely understand it’s a holiday weekend and it’s busy but what that server didn’t not realize is 2 other tables had been seated after us and had all ready been served drinks and apps and at this point we had been waiting for 40ish mins. We finally got our drinks after waiting another 20 mins. We placed our dinner orders and I order a small soup and that arrived 10 mins later before our app had even arrived, the app arrived 10 mins later and we got the crab cake because their normally good size and tasty. But what we received was super small compared to other times we have ordered them. To make matters worse, I’m not sure if it was the owner or a friend of the manager but a table was seated next to us and they literally had a server stand next to their table the whole time and when the server was a way the manager was at the table. By no means is this any of our servers fault, but it’s definitely a failure in the management staff that night. Improper communication and poor direction by management is what lead to our bad service and from what I noticed others bad server that night as well. Date of visit was 12/21/24...
