Last night I had the pleasure to dine at the Bonefish Grill in Spring Hill for my sister's bridal shower and was beyond amazed at the amount of hard work and hospitality that was put forth by the staff! Saying it was a pleasure is an absolute understatement!! As the host of the party, my stress level was high to ensure everything went to plan. From the Bonefish hostess to the management team, everyone was so professional and accomadating and put my stress level to ease.
I came in early in the day to gather an idea of where we would be sitting and to iron out some last minute requests (champagne, decorations, etc.) and the first positive experience was the hostess and Mackenzie. Mackenzie took the time to show me seating options for my group of 15 and suggested the patio for more privacy and that was the best suggestion!!! Not only did the patio look wonderful, the Bonefish team took the time to decorate the patio with the decorations dropped off but added their our personal touch and made the table set up look beautiful; even having a bouquet of gorgeous flowers from the Bonefish crew to my sister.
When I walked in, I was in tears. The patio was set so perfect! But it didn't stop there. Carly was our server and was so charismatic and attentive. I have never witnessed the level of personalization and professionalism that Carly displayed. She never appeared stressed or weeded, our drinks were constantly refilled, and the expo of our food was spot on!
Jessica, another manager, came out on multiple occasions to ensure everything was going well and I raved at how impressed I was to anyone who would listen. She was so humble as a manager and carried on a conversation with myself and my guests! The evening was executed perfectly!!
I wanted it to be known that this Bonefish Grill has a phonemonial staff and the quaility of the communication and teamwork was so well displayed on Saturday night! Carly, Mackenzie and Jessica made this an evening to remember and I can't show enough appreciation and gratitude for the effort these ladies put in last night! Thank you!!

Read moreMy wife and I dine out very often. Most often on Friday evening. Friday, July 15th was our 2nd visit to this particular Bonefish Grill. The first visit wasn't that great so we decided to give it another try. We placed a reservation through Google and was confirmed for 7:00pm. When we arrived the hostess notified us that they had my reservation, but 7pm was not available and it would be a wait (approximately 15 minutes). I asked how would I be notified because I was going to wait out front. The hostess responded that they would text me when our table was ready. 30 minutes past and I haven't received a text. I go inside and see that no one is waiting to be seated (even the parties that arrived after me). The hostess stated that they did text me. No text on my phone...REALLY??? We were seated near the front window in a booth. I mention this because of our first visit. The dining room setup has a bunch of crowded tables in the middle and all booths boarding the outer part of the dining area. On our first visit to this location we had a party of 4 and requested a booth. We were told that that the booths were reserved for special request reservations and the tables in the middle were the only ones available for a normal reservation...REALLY??? We didn't request a booth on the 2nd visit...hmmm. Back to this visit. I ordered the Sirloin & Shrimp with Jasmin Rice and Seasonal Vegetables as my sides. My wife ordered the Parmesan-Crusted Rainbow Trout with Jasmin Rice and Creamed Spinach as her sides. My food was fine. My wife's trout was very bland. The menu said it would be cooked with fresh basil and lemon butter. My wife never picks up the salt but in this case she did. Rating: I give the restaurant, the hostess and management a negative 3 stars. Our server (Alice) was great. We loved her energy and knowledge of the menu. Read moreNot sure what the issue was last night because service was completely horrible, we arrived and were seated right away. Then waited 20 mins before a server from and other sections notice we hadn’t been taken care of yet and they want to find someone to take care of us. Another 15 mins passed and manager came to table to take our drink orders and place any apps. 5 mins later our server arrived and apologized for the wait. I completely understand it’s a holiday weekend and it’s busy but what that server didn’t not realize is 2 other tables had been seated after us and had all ready been served drinks and apps and at this point we had been waiting for 40ish mins. We finally got our drinks after waiting another 20 mins. We placed our dinner orders and I order a small soup and that arrived 10 mins later before our app had even arrived, the app arrived 10 mins later and we got the crab cake because their normally good size and tasty. But what we received was super small compared to other times we have ordered them. To make matters worse, I’m not sure if it was the owner or a friend of the manager but a table was seated next to us and they literally had a server stand next to their table the whole time and when the server was a way the manager was at the table. By no means is this any of our servers fault, but it’s definitely a failure in the management staff that night.
