My friends went for me and asked for java chip several times but the attendant still did not understand and I was given the wrong ice cream in the end. I went back myself to exchange it but the employees did not believe me and my friends account of what happened, they refused to exchange my COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ice cream flavor even though I told them what had happened and the associate was clearly confused about what she did. They refused to exchange it after about 5 minutes of humiliating me and I just left without the ice cream I wanted. The “manager” that was there offfered me just 10% off any new ice cream I wanted while refused to fix their mistake. Too bad thats already my normal discount there for being at the mall...no ice cream from there will be worth that much...

Haagan Dazs is haagan dazs. The ice cream will always be good. But the staff here is AWFUL. The woman (boss, owner, manager) whatever you call her was so unbelievably rude to me, my friend and to her own staff. Yelling at her staff when she made a mistake on my friend’s order saying, “money just goes down the drain!” in front of guests. I also asked for a cup to go with my water and the manager rolled her eyes at me. it took all I had not to make a scene and give her a piece of my mind. Nobody in there smiled. I left this review earlier today and this was the response from the owner.
"Terrible customer service. This place has cockroaches".
Response from the owner 3 hours ago "This person is a rude door dash driver who is trying to spread lies about our establishment. We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously".
I assure you I am no door dash driver never have been and never will. And I was not spreading lies. I just call it as I see it. I used to come here often with my toddler but not anymore. I would imagine this is how the owner responds to any negative criticism. Blame it on the customer. Much better...
