I'd figured I'd get a quick meal for the family, so went through the drive through at this Burger King.
After sitting and waiting outside for my order (the nice gentleman at the window had said it'd be 5-7 minutes) for 20 minutes, I went inside and waited another 20 minutes while the staff of five attempted to make the orders from at least 5 other drive through customers...one lady stated she'd been waiting 10 minutes for them to remake a burger with no cheese or pickles.
I have come through this Burger King often over the past several months and this was the absolute worst I've ever seen it. One young man, who stated he was brand new (probably his first shift) was very kind and did what he could. A young lady (whom I'd seen take out another order while I was waiting in my truck) Was very visibly upset and had what one customer (a lady who'd been waiting longer than I had) "a real attitude".
They were deleting orders off the order screen and going just by receipts. All in all this was the very worst experience I've ever had at any Burger King anywhere. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the service I received (or the lack thereof). There was no apology for the wait from any staff member, and the whole staff stood with their backs to the customers, not even acknowledging when someone else walked in. Two of the workers stood at the front of the make line and chatted and laughed, waiting for I have no idea what, all while refusing to acknowledge anyone.

I went to the 9 mile rd in Pensacola, FL burger king on 11/29 around 5:30pm and received horrible service from someone who claimed to be the manager. First, I was trying to redeem a code for the $3 whopper. The app showed that the code was redeemed when she entered it but she kept telling me that the whopper was full price. I asked her why it wasn’t coming up as $3 and she said “I just see your name and that’s it.” Didn’t make sense or answer my question. She then kept trying to get me to pay full price. I told her to try the code again. Same thing with the app telling me it was successful. At that point, she huffed like I was bothering her. I REALLY HOPE THE DRIVE THROUGH IS RECORDED B/C SHE WAS BEING AWFUL FOR NO REASON. Read moreI often visit this location for breakfast or lunch, and have done so for a while now. Honestly, Ive never really had any complaints about anything and still do not. However, over the last month or two I have noticed some changes worth talking about. First of all, I noticed a knew face working with a wonderful smile. Falon is her name and she went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct, and even brought me a napkin and refilled my drink while I was dining in. What she didnt know is that I was having a terrible day, and her kind gesture and friendly attitude rubbed off on me. The other thing that really caught my eye was how clean the dining area appeared to be. Its never overly dirty, but the floors seem to sparkle, the windows were clear, and not one piece of trash on a empty table.
