I was driving my car and because I couldn’t talk my wife try to performed the order but the person said she couldn’t hear the person seated by my side who is my wife. My wife try several time talking very loud and in a very bad manner way she shout that this was the last time she will tell us that the person that have to talk is the driver. We were in the line with many cars behind and she didn’t answer anymore so we had to move to the window. Then she close the window in our face and what we believe is the supervisor open the window and said we have to order inside. My wife ask why and she said because the person that is driving didn’t talk to the intercome. My wife told the “lady” ( supervisor?) that I have problem with my voice and again she said she won’t serve us if we don’t make the line again. We felt mistreated and believe Burger king gave poor service and prejudice against handicap persons. This is the first time in our life some person mistreat us. We can’t understand why they punish us wanting us to make the line again to order if my wife was who was going to talk to make the order again. I hope this message serve to motivate Burger Kind employee including “ the supervisor” to have mercy and treat better...
Read moreLike most Burger King‘s this one includes a public bathroom, a choice to dine in, and a drive-through, you can just go inside to order and take out. My favorite has been the “more on the newer side” Impossible Whopper, which is a veggie choice for us non-meat eaters out there. It’s the most delicious item on the menu, but that’s just my opinion. My meat-eating fiancé even loves it and said it tastes like meat, but still insists on his beloved, good ol’ original Whopper with all the fixins (of course). The store would basically be perfect except for the fact that I often have to come back because my order is wrong or because I’m picky and ask for certain things to be subtracted from my Impossible Whopper. So, I instead get a sandwich, smeared and all the things I asked NOT to be included. I understand people make mistakes. Sometimes, however, it gets a little redundant when four times in a row, the same thing happens. Besides all that nonsense, It’s a great location. The managers have always made good on the mistakes and are very apologetic. maybe even overly apologetic, which is not a bad thing at all, and is extremely appreciated by your truly.

Read moreI let my son decided he wanted for his birthday lunch. He chose a kids cheeseburger meal from Burger King. I stopped eating BK long ago because it doesn't agree with me and the smell makes me sick, but I agreed to let him get what he wanted.
We went through the drive thru and got his meal. He immediately made a comment about how he can understand why I don't like the smell of your food and asked me to open the window.
The food was very hot, so he had to let it cool off a little before eating it. I drove to another restaurant about a half mile away to pick up my own food, then we sat in that in the car to eat.
He only took one bite of the cheeseburger and immediately said "ewww". Then, proceeded to tell me that it was "the worst cheeseburger he's ever had." This kid is NOT picky and can force himself to eat most things, even if he doesn't like them, but NOT this cheeseburger. After that, he didn't want to eat anything at all. I had to force him to eat a few fries before he threw away the whole meal, including the toy because he forgot to take it out of the bag. It was a total waste of money. I'm so...
