Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

Just got a brand new bank card sent to me without my requesting it, when I called to find out why they sent me a card when my other card was working perfectly fineand still had over two years left before it expired they told me that one of the merchants I used had been compromised and for my safety they sent me a new card I used it once it worked fine I went to this Burger King and my card was declined three times even though there was plenty of money in the account. I even tried to use it as a debit card using my PIN number and got declined I called the bank complaining telling them my old card was fine why did you send me a new one that doesn't work and keeps getting shut off I was specifically told that my card was shut off because of this Burger King so apparently they must have some problems credit card theft or some other problem with their credit card machines because the bank told me it was specifically this location that made the fraud department of my bank shut my card off for attempting to use it at this location I will never again attempt to use my credit/debit card at this location ever again as a matter of fact I don't even think I'll go to this location...

Update as of 7/24/25... I will no longer come to this location. Its constantly changing crew members and the last three times I've come here, they have given me my order wrong! Is like the people that are making the food are either not reading the monitor or they just dont care about making the correct order. It is very frustrating because it used to be my favorite location to buy from and now I hate coming there because I already know my order will be wrong. I'm done coming here and I will be going to the lake worth road location. Please get it together!!

I love coming go this BK because the food is always hot and fresh. However, the last two times I went through the drive dru to get food, the burgers were cold and the french fries were raw. Tonight I was the only car there and when I got home the burgers were not hot at all and I had to throw away the French fries because they were extremely raw. Customer service has also changed, people are not friendly at all. Not sure If the team and management has changed. I'm not happy that I wasted my money on food that wasn't...

Today I've had enough! The last time I've been to this establishment was about 6 months and I swore I'd never go back. Shame on me for not keeping that promise to myself!

You can literally be the ONLY person in line and it'll still take over 20mins to get your food. About six months ago, I stopped to get my daughter something to eat. She was in between favorites, so I ordered one hamburger and four piece nuggets. After about 18 minutes of waiting, in the drive-through, The hamburger finally made an appearance when I asked him about the nuggets they told me they just put them to fry. I was in a rush and told them to just forget about the nuggets although I had already been charged, I couldn't wait any longer.

Today I return, and I tried to order a kid's meal for my daughter. The cashier was so rude that I ended up simply driving off.

This place is literally steps away from my front door But I'd rather drive eight minutes away in order to avoid this location. I truly, hope...
