They hurt my kids, they mistakenly loaded two kids meals with jalapeño poppers instead of kids meals causing my kids to burn their mouths and nearly choke. Obviously I was upset and i immediately called the store a nice person named jay answered and explained that their were two managers and he was one of them he then said “oh that’s what happened, we had another customer come in that had ordered the poppers and they received your nuggets. It’s a harmless mistake they are served in the same packaging”
Jay offers to return the two kids meals and asks if I would like to return the whole meal. I say yes because I will now have to leave the house to purchase new food for my kids and while I’m doing that mine will get cold and that’s not right. He says ok let me check with my manager as he was only the shift lead. He then gets back on the phone and explains they can only give me a refund (mind you they already have proof of the severe mistake) if I bring the items all back for inventory purposes…. I politely decline to make the extra trip as my wife had picked it up close to work not home and asked for the managers name for the corporate complaint they left me on hold for over 15 minutes then another person a woman gets on the phone asking what did I need…. I asked again for the manager’s name for a corporate complaint. They asked what did I need again I said the manager‘s name they said Jay Was the manager and when I repeated my statement that I want to J reports to they seem to begrudgingly tell me, Kasey. I don’t know what part of this management team thinks that is OK to ghost a customer deal dealing with what I would suggest is a pretty severe issue But I’m obviously biased here, but that is no way to treat any customer. I did not scream I never cursed. I said please and thank you the entire time. I hope that call was recorded. Jay was great. He owned the problem and was trying to help me find a solution whoever he was reporting to. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or you just aren’t a good...
Read moreI ordered on line and went to the drive through to pick up the food I was asked for my name and the cashier couldn’t understand me or she just didn’t care because I told her my name 3 times and still giving me the wrong name and then she told me to just come to the window which I did she was like your here for the mobile order and I said yes oh okay it’s coming up slammed the window on my face did not ask me what my order was turned around and I waited to see if she was going to ask me but I can see her there talking and laughing about it so I waved and tried to get her attention but someone else came to the window I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager I told him that I don’t want my food and I need a refund he told me that he can’t give me a refund and I can only do it on the app which is I know it’s a lied so he pretty much forced me to take my food who’s is all cold when I got home . As you can see the manager and the cashier were both standing at the window when I asked for the phone number for the customer service still talking about why I asked for the phone number and their name. Every time I come to this restaurant the employee just doesn’t care about the customer and we are the one who pays there check because without the customer no money coming in no race or even closing down. I really need to call news channel 8 and have them come to this restaurant so they can experience how they treat the customers. I will not come back to this restaurant any more and I do hope that someone will fix this situation. The worst customers...
Read moreI honestly have no real legitimate gripes about this place, the location or the the food. Usually very friendly service and the food is usually very fresh, very tasty. Everything from what I remember this specific location has always been good.
As usual, every once in awhile they forget to put napkins in the bag but I'm not going to penalize a minimum wage worker that's doing a half a dozen things at once about napkins. I'm not that guy. Every once in awhile lettuce will end up on my burger when I specifically asked for no lettuce but that happens everywhere.
However, the one thing I am extremely confused about is the size of their milkshake cups. I literally was there a few weeks ago and got a large and it look like a large cup. It was fine. L I was there last week and got one and it was 1/4 size smaller, same price. ...and I just got one a few minutes ago and it was literally the smallest 'large' cup I've ever seen in my life.
I don't expect a Large size cup like Checkers and Sonic hands out. (Which that's a big damn cup) But you're one-size-fits-all cup and changing the size every other week is a bit ridiculous. People want a LARGE milkshake. They don't want a sample. They want to fill their belly full of that vanilla chocolate or strawberry goodness.. If I wanted a sample I'd go to Costco.. please fix your...
