Horrible customer service 😔 I placed an order for delivery through the website and when I completed my order it was marked for pickup. I called the store and explained what happened, they had to call the manager, and to call back in five minutes. So I called back and the associate said he couldn't cancel the order or place it for pick up. I wasn't able to come pick up my order which is why I asked for delivery. I called clover the merchant system company used to make the online order, and they started that the merchant can make refund or cancel orders. I came to the store to resolve the issue and the associate said she couldn't call the manager and that I would have to come back at five or call at five to speak to the manager. I asked her if she could just call the manager, and she said no. Then she proceeded to say derogatory things about me being a black women complaining. She spoke in Spanish. However I understand Spanish very well. I never write bad reviews even if I experience bad service because I know some days are better than others. However, I am making an exception for this circumstance and will never order or eat at any Latin Bowl location again. I have aordered over 20 times. Poor customer service and lack of self control by the associate today...

I’m not happy at all with my recently order thru Uber Eats. The first bowl was the only bowl correctly done. The second bowl, the one from the picture, witch we ordered two identically, definitely they missed the list of ingredients: we don’t ask for black beans, but was there as a main ingredient!! We didn’t asked neither for spinach!!! We asked for extra sweet plantains….nothing, we asked for corn…nothing, we asked for black olives….nothing, we asked for mozzarella cheese….and guess what???….nothing. In the third bowl you guys only missed the sweet plantains, but compared with the disaster done in the other two bowls that’s nothing. The Uber Eats driver was delayed because when he arrived to pick up the order he had to wait about 10 minutes. I’m really surprised because most of the reviews are good, few of those are from people saying the same about missing ingredients, but my experience was the worst. I’m so sorry because I don’t like giving a negative review but if you sell a service do the best to be the best. The food tasted really good but because we ate something different from what we ordered we didn’t enjoy the food. I’ll think about it really well before ordering from this...
