Updated: My family and I had been coming consistently every week because our daughter very much enjoyed breakfast here. We never minded that the floors and tables and chairs looked like they needed a deep cleaning especially because we always noticed particles of food here and there on our many visits. We turned a blind eye to it because it made our daughter very happy to eat breakfast here. But on multiple occasions one of the owners or managers was not very welcoming towards us. We never caught her name, but she is not warm and friendly and always made us feel like we weren't appreciated or wanted when we came in. We enjoyed our experiences much more when she was not present. The other lady behind the counter was always a pleasure, she needs to be the one representing the business because the lady with the glasses isn't it. The other staff are also very friendly and welcoming. We spent a significant amount weekly to have breakfast with our daughter and in turn appreciated the text offers they sent. We came in one day and wanted to use a text offer for a cup of free coffee with purchase and because she could not pull it up on the POS, she did not honor it. We were spending $50-60 on average weekly with tip and she didn't think that honoring a $2-3 cup of coffee was worth keeping us as customers. Doesn't make sense for business to me, especially when the offer was right in our hands.

Read moreHAIR IN LATTE & SERVICE DECLINE When it first opened I used to go here every Saturday with my gymmates for breakfast after our weekend workouts. But then, past few months I went I noticed that the service has drastically decreased. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a few off times and continue going there.
This AM, I had my usual fancy latte and breakfast croissant. Apparently, you have to now ask for it to come in a mug instead of a go cup. Before, if you ordered to stay, they would automatically put it in a mug with nice latte art for you. Which is the whole experience of going to a coffee house and paying for a more premium coffee.
I ask her for it to be in a mug, she proceeded to just pour the coffee in a mug but when she brought it to me it had not art and spilling everywhere on the floor and the plate it came in. I would have still drank, but there was a piece of HAIR right on top of my latte!
Luckily, another staff or manager overheard me saying that there was a hair in my latte and came over and just made me a new one.
I asked the staff if the management or ownership has changed and she said "yes, the management had changed" (as there is definitely a difference in service from before).

Ambiance is good but the outside was dirty and lots of flies . On to the food : avocado toast with poached egg . The toast is too thick for the delicate poached egg and creamy avocado. The avocado itself was too cold and chunky, which made the egg cold quickly , and it lacked taste .coffee was ok, but even with a double shot , it was too milky. Service was poor as the first order the toast was not toasted. Once toasted, after the returned serving, the slice was so thick that it was difficult to eat , not to mention overwhelming with bread dough.
