Absolutely the best Chicken Piccata with Spaghetti (olive oil and garlic). I travel around the world ~ and I am full Italian/Sicilian. Zach (the chef on-duty today) presented this dish beautifully and I rate it as one of my top 5 around the world. The taste was to dream about. And our server Sherry was so wonderful! She was so customer focused. Knew the menu inside and out. Knew what we wanted and when we wanted it. And smiling the entire time. The atmosphere is perfect for a satisfying meal. Thank you! It was so good that I ordered take-out the following day! I took a picture of my takeout meal. (Zach cooked this meal too and to was Sherry that took my order (she remembered waiting on me from the previous day and she also brought out the meal to my car)!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Started with some fresh bread and oil, always amazing! We had the fried mozzarella and zucchini fries, both were crispy and delicious, setting a great tone for the meal. The Spicy Chicken Sicilian Soup was a standout—perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The house salad was incredibly fresh, and the Tuscan Grilled Chicken with Penne Pasta was satisfying and well-prepared. Service from Rachael was excellent, making the evening even more enjoyable. The only downside was being seated near the bar, where the female bartender was obnoxiously loud, which did detract from our dining experience. Despite this, the overall meal was great and I would recommend this location.

We went to eat lunch on my birthday. After sitting there for thirty minutes we still hadn’t even been offered drinks and bread. When we decided to leave we were told new waitress and she was very overwhelmed. We stayed they gave us a Seasoned waitress Free appetizers and when I told them that it was my birthday they came back with a birthday card signed by everyone and a piece of birthday cake they went above and beyond to show us that they cared and wanted our business I highly recommend going here

We have always had Great Service and Food here in Venice, until 1/17/2024. We were seated and then it seemed we were invisible. Finally met with a positive/friendly server. We did give the full order as we had been waiting for a long time. Got our drinks and bread then we went invisible again. No Soup and our glasses sitting at the edge of the table empty with no one to refill. I finally flagged our server down and inquired about the soup, as we don't want our soup to come out with dinner. She checked and it seemed the soup pot was empty and they were waiting for anyone to fill it up. Finally we got the soup and some more ice tea. Now we were so hungry we ate the soup like we hadn't eaten in days. We set the soup bowls at tables edge with the 2 empty ice tea glasses. The food came, but No One took the empty glasses, bowls or bread basket. We had to ask for them to be taken from the small table for two. But the worst of it all was the dinner. My dinner was warm at best. The pasta was all stuck together like it was glued and the cream sauce the same. My wife's Eggplant also warm, not hot. She asked for Broccoli and they brought her Spinach instead. They did upon being told of their mistake bring her Broccoli. The strange thing was the entire time we sat there, our server seemed to avoid us like the plague. She would be helping tables around us, but go the other way when she got close to our table. And the craziest part was we were Kind, Friendly and Positive with her from first contact and thru the end. Mistreating servers and being rude is not our thing. She did ask how dinner was, and I stated " Mediocre At Best". I further stated " Actually Not Good At All". She kindly apologized and offed Free Bread to take home. Not what I truly want after my WORST meal ever at this restaurant, but as they say " IT IS WHAT IT IS ". I paid the $50.00 ( plus ) meal for two and wanted to give a low tip, as I really hadn't had much service to tip for. But I couldn't. I gave a healthy tip. It wasn't the servers fault the meal was Terrible. But lack of service, well now, that's on her. To hope no one ever has the same problem here again would be a silly. It will happen. However, I hope someone from this location reads this and has a talk with staff. You can't treat people like this and expect them...

We were in Venice for an unexpected stay. We came for the day to do some shopping my husband and I together a rarity I can assure you. We ended up shopping in the morning shelling on Siesta Key Beach all afternoon. As the sun was going down so we're our eyes we decided get a room grab a bite and hit the hay. We did and now to eat....it was late after we showered around 9.15 when we pulled into this Carrabbas. Having had restaurant and bartending in my history I knew every employee cringed when they saw is walk in the door 45 minutes till close....everyone except a smallish amazing breath of fresh air named "Terry". She was my /our age 50 blah blah years old but was genuinely glad to see us. She was smart, funny, and totally cool. She sensed our reluctance and offered us a cocktail and from then on it was a ballet dance around Garlic Bread with olive oil on to Saysage/Lentil soup and the Swan Song of Chicken Marsala with pasta for me and he had a Shrimp & Pasta Plate that he was amazed by. During the whole time Terry would enter stage left with a gadget that literally spewed grated cheese wherever she pointed it finally my husband told me I had competition. She had an accomplished ability to talk but not too much, she had timing with her quick wit better than most comedians, and she made us feel above all welcomed and for that two weary travelers would like to thank you for making us feel at home. You did your job and you did it as well as it could be done. I hope the tip was to your satisfaction because you were to us. Thanks again for inviting us for dinner at YOUR house teach the young ones a...

We went to dine in at Venice location. We had two coupons for 2 free kids meals with adult entrees. I showed the waitress the coupons before we ate to make sure we can use them, she said yes we sure can. We ordered 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. One of the adult meals was $28, she asked what kind of meat cut would you like, we picked one, then when it was time for the check, the check came with $10 extra for one adult meal plus the kids meals weren’t taken off from the pay check, I asked she said oh sorry I will take them off, then I asked why this adult meal is $10 extra, it says on the menu $28 and you charged us $38 instead, she replied because of the different cut of meat, I replied but you didn’t tell us, she responded arrogantly, well it is better quality!!! I said ok that is fine. She brought the check back after taking off the kids meals, she rushed to payment on that little device, I clicked on 18% gratuity (which I didn’t want to) because of poor service, then I realized that the 18% was on the previous amount before she took off the kids meals. So not only that I had the worst experience, but also I was forced to pay 18% on the wrong check amount. I spoke to the manager over there, she made me feel awkward and cheap. I can pay any amount for the food that I ordered, not for extra stuff you add, and when I tip, I’m the one who says how much to tip not for you to decide. And I will NOT add any tips if you provide poor service. We will not dine in at that...
