Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Florida

The so called cheesesteak was like a finger sandwich, I find it shocking this place has the nerve to call themselves a cheesesteak and wing joint when they do both so unbelievably bad. Arby’s has better tasing meat and better tasting sandwiches. Flavorless, unseasoned dry meat, with this bland flavorless cheese melted on top and was tiny. And this place is SUPER proud of their prices and it shows on the menu. Bout dinner for 4 so I now have a second mortgage on my home with a ridiculous interest rate. All kidding aside The wings were just about inedible, they were so overly done I had to spit out the bites I did take. I am sorry and not trying to be mean BUT IF this is what you consider a “authentic” cheesesteak well then someone could crush you in this industry if they just made a good, fresh sandwich. others already do like Jersey Mikes or as I said Arby’s. My family and I have ordered from this location multiple times and the food and service has always been great! Last night I didn't have time to pick up my order so we had it delivered through Doordash. Unfortunately, the driver decided he would help himself to part of our order. I rated the order noting that there were a few missing items. The next morning a member of the team reached out to me to discuss what had happened. Upon figuring out what had happened they took it upon themselves to reach out to Doordash as well as adding $10 to my loyalty program with them. To me this is above and beyond customer service! This is our third time coming to this US1 Charley's location in port saint Lucie and it's quickly becoming my favorite spot. Each time I've visited this establishment, I'm more and more impressed with not only their perfectly prepared food but also their amazing customer service. Today, we were served by Jada and she was attentive, patient, and proactively assisted us with signing up on their app which was an instant savings of $5 off our order. Good service nowadays are hard to come by and Jada and the staff on duty not only met but exceeded my expectations and deserves recognition. I will definitely come back to...
