Today I went to pick up an order for me and my wife. The order was specific and included bone in wings half drumsticks half flappers. All were drumsticks. I mentioned this to the young lady in the front and she did not say they had no flappers, instead went to the owner to show my order request for halk and half. The owner said we don't have flappers. Interestingly two days earlier when owner was not there they had flappers for my order. When the owner was there for the previous three orders, he claimed again they had no flappers. Everytime only giving drumsticks in the order. No apology from the owner and instead told me that he would be cancelling the free Charley's for a year promotion given to the first customers that came in on the grand opening which included myself. He told me why are you complaining your food is free so I guess when I have a reward in the app when ordering, I should say nothing if the order received is not accurate? I don't think so. Everyone deserves their food as ordered. Not honoring a promotion for customers who came early to be the first customers for the grand opening is just wrong as is the owners response to my request to have my order filled properly. A nice professional approach would be "Sir next time we have flappers I'll fill your order with all flappers" no chance and instead he complains to me how he was losing money. As a side note, his employees don't seem thrilled with the owner. When he wasn't there one employee called him El cheapo and the others smiled. This was in response to a request for extra tomato for an online order when I came to pickup there was not any extra tomato and I asked if they could add it when I checked the order and I received the aforementioned response. One employee said the owner doesn't want us to add extra tomato. Also on 7/7 there was no soap in the bathroom and told employee so I question the hygiene. Didn't go to the bathroom on 7/9. My boneless wings were hard asf one night, my sandwiches come cold others and my most recent order tonight, all I ordered was two sandwiches and two drinks and my lemonade did not come! I was so shocked I gave it back and asked for a refund in which case they called the owner who told me that due to food costs and rent he had to adjust toppings. I have 1 sliver of a green pepper on my sandwich. We paid $70 for 3 sandwiches & 10 wings but not at all quality. We PAID for the product; but not what they tried to serve.
